Kat\u00ebr nga gjasht\u00eb bashkit\u00eb q\u00eb asistohen nga USAID sipas Programit t\u00eb Qyteteve Model kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar planet e tyre pes\u00eb-vje\u00e7are t\u00eb biznesit. \u00a0Ato bashki jan\u00eb Elbasan, Lushnje, Fier dhe Patos. \u00a0K\u00ebto plane t\u00eb biznesit u p\u00ebrgatit\u00ebn, n\u00eb secilin rast, nga nj\u00eb grup i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt pune q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson administrat\u00ebn bashkiake, shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime dhe Ekspert\u00ebt n\u00ebn Projektin e USAID p\u00ebr Planifikimin dhe Qeverisjen Vendore.<\/p>\n

Me rastin e firmosjes s\u00eb Planit t\u00eb Biznesit p\u00ebr Shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Fier, Kryetari i Bashkis\u00eb Fier, Z. Armando Subashi, tha se: \u201cKy plan biznesi do t\u00eb jet\u00eb busulla, mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn do t\u00eb ec\u00eb puna e k\u00ebsaj shoq\u00ebrie n\u00eb vitet e ardhshme, duke shtruar rrug\u00ebn e nj\u00eb performance dhe sh\u00ebrbimi t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm e gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb rritje. Bazuar n\u00eb suksesin e vitit t\u00eb kaluar dhe k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb lart\u00eb nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar performanc\u00ebn e tyre duke marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb kursin e trajnimit \u201cPlani Biznesit p\u00ebr P\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e Performanc\u00ebs\u201d, SHUKALB ka planifikuar ta zhvilloj\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb shtator 2017.[:en]After the Territorial Area Reform (TAR) legislation, passed by the Parliament, the newly defined Local Government Units became responsible for water supply and sewerage services for the entire population, in both the urban and rural areas, within their administrative areas.\u00a0 The TAR required a complete reconsideration of the municipality\u2019s water supply and sewerage services infrastructure and management.\u00a0 The TAR was soon followed by the Water Sector Reform Decision of the Council of Ministers, which further detailed the necessary actions needing to be taken by local government in the delivery of this essential public service.<\/p>\n

The four of the six municipalities receiving assistance from USAID under the Model Cities Program have completed their five-year business plans.\u00a0 Those municipalities are Elbasan, Lushnje, Fier and Patos.\u00a0 These business plans were prepared, in each case, by a joint working group representing the municipal administration, the water supply and sewerage company, and the Experts under the USAID Planning and Local Governance Project.<\/p>\n

On the occasion of signing the Business Plan for the Fier Water Supply and Sewerage Company, the Mayor of Fier, Mr. Armando Subashi, said: “This business plan will be the compass that will guide the work of this Company for the following years, paving the way for sustainable performance and service. \u00a0It will be a very important tool for professional decision-making, aiming for a better and reliable service for our citizens”.<\/em><\/p>\n

On the occasion of completing the Five-Year Business Plan 2016-2020, for the Lushnja Water Supply and Sewerage Company, the Deputy Mayor of Lushnja, Mrs. Teuta Korreshi, said that: \u201cLushnja\u2019s Water Supply and Sewerage Company places a strategic importance based on the services it provides. The 5-year Business Plan will improve the standards of services for the Municipality of Lushnja.\u00a0 The alternatives proposed in the Business Plan for the achievement of strategic goals to enable the improvement of the financial situation of the Company require discipline, accountability and management efficiency. \u00a0The reduction of operating costs, personnel costs and energy expenditures will be the main objectives for the next five years in order to improve the current situation. <\/em><\/p>\n

During 2016, SHUKALB delivered the “Business Planning for Improving Performance” training course, with participants from the water supply and sewerage companies of Durres, Lezha, Korca, Vau i Dejes, Gramsh, Peqin, Shkodra, Himara, Cerrik and Berat-Kucova . During this training course, the participants, with direct instruction from the trainers, developed a draft of their Business Plan in Excel, with specific strategic goals for the utility, and quantitative performance and financial data. \u00a0One of the course participants from the Durres Water Supply and Sewerage Company mentioned \u201cI think this course was very helpful for our utility. The evaluation of our current condition, identification of the priority issues of the utility, as well as the establishment of strategic objectives are very important for developing an effective and efficient Business Plan for the water and wastewater utility.\u00a0 I am happy to report that these were achieved as expected by the Training Course.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

Based on the success of the past year, and the high demand from water utilities to improve their performance by participating in the \u00a0“Business Plan for Improving Performance” training course, SHUKALB has planned to deliver it again in September 2017.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
