Dokumentari sjell n\u00eb fokus rolin e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb lumit Drin n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij s\u00eb bashku me ekosistemin e pasur dhe t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm q\u00eb ai ofron. After a period of approximately 1 year and a half of hard work, that included research on the Drin River, floating along various segments of the river, collection of pictures, videos and interviews, the Project \u201cThe Drin River Basin: A Shared Resource and A Shared Responsibility”, came to its final stage.\u00a0 On 14 December 2016, at the premises of the Civil Engineering Faculty in Tirana, the Young Water Professionals (YWP) of Albania, together with a group of students from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) engaged in the project, made a final presentation of the project and showed the final documentary to a group of students, professors from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, as well as environmental organizations.<\/p>\n

The documentary brings the focus to the important role of the Drin River in the lives of people who live along its flow together with the rich and diverse ecosystem that it provides.\u00a0 The documentary tries also to reach awareness on the environmental issues concerning the river due to human interventions and uncontrolled discharges of wastewater as well as trash disposal.
