Kursi i par\u00eb i trajnimit “Cil\u00ebsia e Ujit n\u00eb Sistemin e Shp\u00ebrndarjes<\/em>“, u dha m\u00eb 16-17 mars, n\u00eb Hotel Mondial, Tiran\u00eb, nga lektor\u00ebt Tania Floqi, Lektore n\u00eb Fakultetin e Inxhinieris\u00eb s\u00eb Nd\u00ebrtimit dhe Astrit Menalla, Expert n\u00eb Furnizimin me Uj\u00eb, dhe u ndoq nga pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime Shkod\u00ebr, Vlor\u00eb, Prizren dhe Gjilan.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fund, secilit pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs i\u2019u dor\u00ebzua Manuali i Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Ujit n\u00eb Sistemin e Shp\u00ebrndarjes me Standartin Shqiptar t\u00eb P\u00ebrdit\u00ebsuar mbi Cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e Ujit.<\/p>\n

Ky ishte kursi i par\u00eb i trajnimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt Shqip\u00ebri-Kosov\u00eb, i cili nisi zbatimin e Programit t\u00eb P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb Trajnimit SHUKALB-SHUKOS, pas Memorandumit t\u00eb Mir\u00ebkuptimit t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar m\u00eb 3 n\u00ebntor 2016.<\/p>\n

Ky kurs trajnimi u ndoq nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Administrimit dhe Drejtuesit e shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime Tiran\u00eb, Kor\u00e7\u00eb, Lushnje, Fier, Berat-Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb, Sarand\u00eb, Patos, Durr\u00ebs, Vor\u00eb, Gramsh, Elbasan, Peqin, Himar\u00eb, Kam\u00ebz dhe C\u00ebrrik.<\/p>\n

Ky kurs trajnimi vjen n\u00eb momentin e duhur pas ndikimit t\u00eb Reform\u00ebs n\u00eb Sektorin e Ujit, i nisur n\u00eb 2016, ku nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera ndryshoi struktur\u00ebn administrative t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime. \u00a0Kursi i trajnimit adresoi \u00e7\u00ebshtje administrative dhe operacionale t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, ligjet dhe rregulloret q\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb drejtimin dhe operimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, rolin e Rregullatorit Ekonomik n\u00eb licensimin dhe aprovimin e tarifave, instrumentat dhe metodologjit\u00eb p\u00ebr monitorimin e performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb si dhe planin e biznesit p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur manaxhimin dhe mbik\u00ebqyrjen.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u pajis\u00ebn me nj\u00eb manual q\u00eb mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si nj\u00eb referenc\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. \u00a0Manuali \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsuar nga SHUKALB me mb\u00ebshtetjen e USAID-it, duke reflektuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb reformat dhe legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. \u00a0N\u00eb fund t\u00eb trajnimit, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit mor\u00ebn certifikata p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrjen.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb rezultat i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm i k\u00ebtij kursi trajnimi, p\u00ebrtej r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tij, ishte fakti se tre prej pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve (Himara, Peqini, C\u00ebrriku) u mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn financiarisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb kurs nga Agjencia Gjermane p\u00ebr Zhvillim Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar (GIZ).[:en]

Participants during the \u201cWater Quality in the Distribution System\u201d training course<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n

During March, SHUKALB successfully delivered two more training courses, \u201dWater Quality in the Distribution System<\/em>\u201d and \u201cGuideline for Administrative Council Members of Water and Wastewater Utilities<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

The first training course,\u201dWater Quality in the Distribution System<\/em>\u201d, was delivered on 16-17 March, at the Mondial Hotel.\u00a0 The trainers were Ms. Tania Floqi, Lector at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, and Mr. Astrit Menalla, Water Supply Expert.\u00a0 The course was attended by the participants from the water utilities of Shkoder, Vlore, Prizren and Gjilan.<\/p>\n

The course covered topics such as Causes of Quality Degradation in Water Mains, Causes of Quality Degradation in Storage Facilities, Water Quality Monitoring and Cross-Connection Control, Process of Disinfection, Purpose and Agents of Disinfection, Points of Chlorine Application, Operation of Chlorination Equipment.<\/p>\n

At the end, all participants received the Water Quality in Distribution System Manual with Updated Albanian Standard on Water Quality.<\/p>\n

This was the first joint training course Albania-Kosova, which started the implementation of the Joint Training Program SHUKALB-SHUKOS, after the Memorandum of Understanding signed on 3 of November 2016.<\/p>\n

The second training course \u201cGuideline for Administrative Council Members of Water and Wastewater Utilities<\/em>\u201d was organized on 30-31 March at Tirana, in collaboration with the USAID PLGP Project, and was delivered by lectors Enkelejda Gjinali, Silvana Simaku, Semira Kasimati, Daniela Gega, and Fjordi Bisha.<\/p>\n

This training course was attended by the members of the Administrative Council and Administrators of water utilities of Tirana, Korca, Lushnja, Fieri, Berat-Kucova, Saranda, Patosi, Durresi, Vora, Gramshi, Elbasani, Peqini, Himara, Kamez and Cerrik.<\/p>\n

This training course comes at the right moment after the effect of the Water Sector Reform, launched in 2016, which among other things, changed the administrative structure of the water supply and sewerage companies.\u00a0 The training course addressed administrative and operational issues of the water supply and sewerage companies, laws and regulations affecting the management and operation of the company, the role of the Economic Regulator in licensing and tariff approval, the tools and methodologies for monitoring the performance of the company, as well as the business plan as a tool to strengthen management and supervision of company.<\/p>\n

All participants were provided with a manual that can serve as a future reference.\u00a0 The manual has been updated by SHUKALB with the support of USAID, in order to reflect all the reforms and legislation in power in Albania.\u00a0 At the end of the training, the participants received certificates of attendance.<\/p>\n

A pleasing result of this training course, beyond its importance, was that three of the participants (Himara, Peqin, Cerrik) were financially supported to take the course by the German International Development Agency (GIZ).[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
