N\u00eb Dit\u00ebn Bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb Ujit t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, e cila sjell n\u00eb fokus \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e ujit t\u00eb ndotur, Shoqata Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzon k\u00ebt\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr v\u00ebmendjen tek nevoja p\u00ebr investime kapitale dhe operacionale dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse n\u00eb sigurimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb grumbullimit dhe trajtimit t\u00eb ujit t\u00eb ndotur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, sh\u00ebrbime k\u00ebto q\u00eb garantojn\u00eb mbrojtjen e sh\u00ebndetit publik, si dhe mjedisin.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim dhe me mb\u00ebshtetjen financiare t\u00eb GIZ, u organizuan aktivitete t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb disa qytete t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nga Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e tyre Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse si n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, Vlor\u00eb, Shkod\u00ebr, Lezh\u00eb, Kavaj\u00eb, Sarand\u00eb, Peqin, Himar\u00eb dhe C\u00ebrrik.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB p\u00ebrgatiti dhe shp\u00ebrndau p\u00ebr Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime postera t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm me mesazhin e “Uji i Ndotur K\u00ebrkon V\u00ebmendje” dhe dy flet\u00ebpalosje, nj\u00ebra p\u00ebrmbante mesazhin zyrtar t\u00eb Dit\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb Ujit, dhe tjetra me disa k\u00ebshilla t\u00eb dobishme se si t\u00eb kursejm\u00eb ujin.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB shp\u00ebrndau postera t\u00eb Dit\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb Ujit edhe p\u00ebr Institucionet dhe Donator\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb q\u00eb operojn\u00eb n\u00eb sektorin e ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n

Celebrating World Water Day in Durres<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n

Each year, World Water Day highlights a specific aspect of water and is a unique opportunity to draw attention and to create momentum that compels governments, the international community, civil society, and individuals to take action.<\/p>\n

For 2017, the United Nations World Water Day has set the issue of wastewater as its focus, and the Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania has used this opportunity to bring attention to the need for significant capital and operational investment in wastewater collection and treatment in Albania for the protection of public health, as well as the environment.<\/p>\n

Celebrating World Water Day in Cerrik<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

In cooperation and with the financial support of GIZ, different activities were organized in a number of cities across Albania by their respective water utilities such as Durres, Vlora, Shkodra, Lezha, Kavaja, Saranda, Peqin, Himara and Cerrik.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB prepared and distributed customized posters to each water utility with the message \u201cWastewater Needs Attention\u201d and two leaflets, one containing the official message for World Water Day 2017, and another with some useful tips on how to save water.<\/p>\n

The staff of the Water Utilities were greatly assisted in its public outreach and awareness efforts by a group of volunteer students. These students were also very visible in their specially printed T-shirts bearing the logo of World Water Day.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB also distributed World Water Day posters to the main Institutions and Donors that operate in the water sector of Albania.<\/p>\n
