– Z. Hallulli \u00e7far\u00eb ju p\u00eblqen m\u00eb tep\u00ebr n\u00eb profesionin q\u00eb keni zgjedhur?<\/strong><\/p>\n

T\u00eb punosh n\u00eb sektorin e ujit \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb interesante. Ndoshta kur ishim student\u00eb nuk e shihnim si prioritet, por tani pas afro shtat\u00eb vitesh pune n\u00eb sektorin e ujit \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb relativisht e lodhshme, ndoshta ka dit\u00eb q\u00eb edhe mund t\u00eb punohet me orare shum\u00eb t\u00eb gjata.\u00a0 Por ka ndjesit\u00eb positive q\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb dit\u00ebs u \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb zgjidhje problemeve n\u00eb furnizimin me uj\u00eb.\u00a0 \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sektor jetik, ku p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebria n\u00eb pun\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb maksimale p\u00ebr t\u2019i siguruar qytetar\u00ebve uj\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb cil\u00ebsie t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb furnizim normal me uj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Absolutisht t\u00eb punosh n\u00eb qytetin e Elbasanit ka sfida pse jo edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sesa n\u00eb qytetin tim t\u00eb lindjes, Tirana. \u00a0Vendimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb UK Elbasan dhe duke l\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb kompani shum\u00eb t\u00eb madhe si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Shoq\u00ebria Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Tiran\u00eb, ishte nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb, si fillim.\u00a0 Por pas kaq koh\u00ebsh jam ambjentuar me Qytetin e Elbasanit, sigurisht edhe me stafin e pun\u00ebs q\u00eb punoj.<\/p>\n

Sfidat kryesore jan\u00eb ato t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb zakonshme n\u00eb shum\u00eb shoq\u00ebri uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb sektorin e ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb qytetin e Elbasanit.<\/p>\n

Megjith\u00ebse prodhimi i ujit \u00ebsht\u00eb 3 her\u00eb m\u00eb i madh se k\u00ebrkesa e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb p\u00ebr uj\u00eb, akoma, sh\u00ebrbimi i furnizimit me uj\u00eb nuk arrin t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb furnizimin me uj\u00eb 24 or\u00eb pa nd\u00ebrprerje. \u00a0Kjo ndodh pasi zona t\u00eb t\u00ebra periferike t\u00eb Qytetit furnizohen me uj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb informale, pa matje dhe duke rritur humbjet e ujit.\u00a0 Natyrisht duhej t\u00eb b\u00ebhej sistemimi i linjave t\u00eb ujit dhe nd\u00ebrprerja e lidhjeve t\u00eb jasht\u00ebligjshme q\u00eb ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb nga qytetar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Aktualisht jemi duke punuar p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb skeme t\u00eb re p\u00ebr furnizimin e qytetit.\u00a0 Sigurisht kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb q\u00eb do shum\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtim nga i gjith\u00eb stafi p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontrolluar ecurin\u00eb e furnizimit me uj\u00eb, presionet n\u00eb pika t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Qytetit. \u00a0Edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces q\u00eb do koh\u00ebn e vet p\u00ebr t\u2019u zbatuar, i gjith\u00eb stafi \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrkushtuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar dhe rregulluar situat\u00ebn e furnizimit me uj\u00eb p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Elbasanit. \u00a0Shpresoj q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen e af\u00ebrt, dhe mbas k\u00ebtij projekti, Qyteti i Elbasanit t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb furnizim 24 or\u00eb me uj\u00eb, n\u00eb shtat\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb jav\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

– Na p\u00ebrshkruani dit\u00ebn tuaj t\u00eb pun\u00ebs ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb normale pune fillon me shqyrtimin e problemeve t\u00eb nj\u00eb dite m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe hartimi i nj\u00eb plani pune ditore p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha nj\u00ebsit\u00eb. \u00a0L\u00ebnia e detyrave inxhinir\u00ebve t\u00eb sektorit p\u00ebr drejtimin e pun\u00ebs tek vart\u00ebsit e tyre. \u00a0Dita vazhdon duke monitoruar pun\u00ebn dhe duke u interesuar p\u00ebr problematika t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n

– Cfar\u00eb mesazhi doni t\u2019i jepni brezit t\u00eb ri q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb punoj\u00eb n\u00eb sektorin e ujit ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

T\u00eb punosh n\u00eb sektorin e ujit, ndryshe nga sektor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, p\u00ebr ne inxhinier\u00ebt ka di\u00e7ka shum\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, se kemi t\u00eb bejm\u00eb me sektorin m\u00eb jetik, pasi pa uj\u00eb nuk ka jet\u00eb. Ndryshe nga disa vite m\u00eb par\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb ky sektor po merr vemendjen e opinionit publik. \u00a0Ka nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsim n\u00eb rritje dhe pse mos t\u00eb themi se ka ardhur koha q\u00eb t\u00eb heqim depozitat n\u00eb \u00e7do nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb, n\u00eb \u00e7do cep t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.\u00a0 P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb inkurajoj t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe veten, t\u00eb jemi pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtij transformimi t\u00eb madh q\u00eb po b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor jetik.[:en]

In last month\u2019s Burimi, SHUKALB featured an interview with a young engineer, who travels every day, from Tirana to Shkodra, to go at work at UK Shkoder. \u00a0This month\u2019s interview speaks again about a young engineer, who lives in Tirana makes a similar, daily trip to UK Elbasan. \u00a0He is Mr. Denis Hallulli, Manager – Technical Department at the Elbasan Water Supply and Sewerage Company. \u00a0Dennis graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering Department in 2010 with a Master of Science Degree in Water Treatment. \u00a0After completing his studies, he was employed by Tirana Water Supply and Sewerage Company, where he worked for 6 years as an engineer in the water supply sector, and in the sales department as well. \u00a0Since September 2016, he has been working at the Elbasan Water Supply and Sewerage Company, in the position of Manager – Technical Department.<\/p>\n

– Mr. Hallulli, what do you like most in your chosen profession?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Working in the water sector is very interesting.\u00a0 When we used to be students, maybe we didn\u2019t see it as a priority, but now, after nearly seven years of work in the water sector, it is a completely different thing.\u00a0 Although it is intensive work and perhaps on some days we work very long hours, there is a positive feeling, at the end of the day, that we have solved the issues of water supply. \u00a0It is a vital sector where the responsibility at work should be at the highest level, in order to ensure a reliable and drinking water supply to the citizens.<\/p>\n

– What are the major challenges in your current job?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I would say that working in the City of Elbasan has greater challenge than my hometown, Tirana. \u00a0The decision to come at UK Elbasan and leaving the largest water supply and sewerage company in Albania was a challenge for me, at first. \u00a0But after a long period of work, I now feel confident with the City of Elbasan, and of course, with the staff with whom I work.<\/p>\n

The major challenges are those that are common in many utilities in the water sector in Albania and that are significant in the City of Elbasan.\u00a0 Although the water production is three times higher than the true demand for water, still, water supply service can\u2019t reach uninterrupted, 24 hours per day service. \u00a0This is because the entire suburban area of the City used to be supplied with water through informal supply lines, with no customer metering, and thus increased water losses. \u00a0Obviously, there was a need for immediate interventions to fix the water lines and cut all the illegal connections made by the citizens.<\/p>\n

Currently we are working on the construction of a new water supply scheme.\u00a0 This requires a strong commitment by all the staff in order to check the progress of water supply and pressures at different points in the City. \u00a0Although it is a process that requires time to implement, the entire staff is dedicated to changing the situation of water supply for the citizens of Elbasan. \u00a0I hope that in the near future, after this project, the City of Elbasan will have a 24 hour water supply, seven days a week.<\/p>\n

– Describe a typical day at your work.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A normal working day begins with the review of the previous day\u2019s issues and drafting a daily work plan for all units, and helping the sector engineers to assign specific duties for their subordinates. \u00a0The day continues with monitoring the work and helping on different issues.<\/p>\n

– What is the message you want to give to the younger generation who want to work in the water sector?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Working in the water sector, unlike other sectors, has a special meaning to engineers like me, because we are dealing with the most vital sector, since without water there is no life. \u00a0Unlike a few years ago, now the water sector is getting more and more public attention. \u00a0There is a growing awareness on the good work done by the water utilities and I would say that the time has come to remove all the water tanks, on every building, in every corner of Albania. \u00a0For this I encourage all young engineers, including myself, to be part of this great transformation that is taking place to this vital sector.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
