Me dat\u00eb 21 prill, SHUKALB dha kursin e trajnimit “Kontrolli i Rrjedhjeve<\/strong>“. \u00a0Ky ishte kursi i dyt\u00eb i trajnimit i zhvilluar si pjes\u00eb e Programit t\u00eb P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb Trajnimit t\u00eb nisur nga SHUKALB dhe SHUKOS (Shoqata e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsve dhe Kanalizimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs).<\/p>\n

Kursi i trajnimit u ndoq nga 13 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime Sarand\u00eb, Berat-Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb, Fier, Tiran\u00eb dhe Shkod\u00ebr.\u00a0 Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e tjer\u00eb vinin nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e Pej\u00ebs dhe Gjakov\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kontrolli i rrjedhjeve \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga sfidat kryesore p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe n\u00eb rajon. \u00a0Rrjedhjet ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb performanc\u00ebn financiare t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, por m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmja, ato mund t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e ujit t\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjes, n\u00ebse nuk merren masa. \u00a0Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja pse kontrolli dhe menaxhimi i rrjedhjeve \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i nevojsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

Kursi i trajnimit i pajisi pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit me njohurit\u00eb e nevojshme p\u00ebr zhvillimin e nj\u00eb strategjie menaxhimi t\u00eb rrjedhjeve, zbulimin dhe gjetjen e rrjedhjeve, menaxhimin e presionit, si dhe kontrollin dhe monitorimin e rrjedhjeve.<\/p>\n

Pjesa m\u00eb interesante dhe m\u00eb e dobishme e k\u00ebtij kursi trajnimi ishte fakti se pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit pat\u00ebn mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetonin nj\u00eb demonstrim n\u00eb koh\u00eb reale t\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb rrjedhjeve n\u00eb praktik\u00eb, e zhvilluar nga Z. Petrit Pilaca, Specialist Hidaulik nga Shoq\u00ebria Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Shkod\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr kurs trajnimi, “Mbikqyrja<\/strong>“, u zhvillua m\u00eb 27-28 prill, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. \u00a0Kursi i trajnimit u ndoq nga pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime Fier, Shkod\u00ebr dhe Elbasan.<\/p>\n

Q\u00ebllimi kryesor i k\u00ebtij kursi ishte q\u00eb t\u2019i pajiste pj\u00ebs\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit me njohuri dhe teknika t\u00eb vlefshme supervizimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar performanc\u00ebn e shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsj\u00ebll\u00ebs kanalizime.<\/p>\n

Kursi i trajnimit u p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrua n\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe njohurit\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb supervizor n\u00eb planifikimin, koordinimin dhe motivimin e punonj\u00ebsve n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efektive p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur objektivat, me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.[:en]

On 21 April, SHUKALB delivered the \u201cLeakage Control<\/strong>\u201d training course. This was the second training course delivered as part of the Joint Training Program launched by SHUKALB and SHUKOS (Water and Wastewater Works Association of Kosovo).<\/p>\n

The training course was attended by 13 participants from the water and wastewater utilities of Saranda, Berat-Kucova, Fier, Tirana and Shkodra.\u00a0 Other participants included the Peja and Gjakova companies in Kosovo.<\/p>\n

Leakage control is one of the main challenges for the water supply and sewerage utilities in Albania and in the region.\u00a0 Leakages affect the financial performance of the utility, but most importantly, they can affect the water quality of the distribution system, if left unfixed.\u00a0 That is why leakage control and management is very necessary.<\/p>\n

The training course provided the participants with the knowledge needed for developing a leakage management strategy, detecting and locating leakages, managing pressure, as well as controlling and monitoring of leakage.<\/p>\n

The most interesting and useful part of this training course was that participants had the chance to experience a live demonstration of leakage control in practice, made by Mr. Petrit Pilaca, Hydraulic Specialist from the Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Shkoder.<\/p>\n

Another training course, \u201cSupervising<\/strong>\u201d, was delivered on 27-28 April, in Tirana. The training course was attended by participants from water and wastewater utilities of Fier, Shkodra and Elbasan.<\/p>\n

The main goal of this course was to provide participants with knowledge and techniques on the supervision of staff, in order to improve the performance of water utilities.<\/p>\n

The training course focused on skills and knowledge that a supervisor should possess on planning, coordinating and motivating of employees so that everyone can work effectively to meet the objectives, in order to improve the performance of the utility.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
