Me dat\u00eb 19 Prill, Bashkia Durr\u00ebs dhe Fondi Shqiptar i Zhvillimit n\u00ebnshkruan marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e tre uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt priten t\u00eb furnizojn\u00eb 24 or\u00eb me uj\u00eb p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt n\u00eb zonat rurale t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit. \u00a0Investimet p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb nj\u00ebsit\u00eb administrative t\u00eb Katundit t\u00eb Ri, Rrashbullit dhe zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Shk\u00ebmbit t\u00eb Kavaj\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb e n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes q\u00eb u zhvillua n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Durr\u00ebs kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb kryebashkiaku, Z. Vangjush Dako, koordinatori i projektit t\u00eb FSHZH, Z. Avni Dervishi, drejtori i Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Durr\u00ebs, Z. Spartak Kova\u00e7i si dhe specialist\u00eb t\u00eb sektorit.<\/p>\n

Koordinatori i k\u00ebtij Projektit t\u00eb FSHZH-s\u00eb, Z. Avni Dervishi prezantoi projektin e uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsve t\u00eb rinj, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb planifikuar t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb n\u00eb 2018, dhe q\u00eb do t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb kapacitetin e furnizimit me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm sipas standardeve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. \u00a0I gjith\u00eb investimi \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 8 milion euro ku 10% e k\u00ebsaj shume do t\u00eb jepet nga Bashkia Durr\u00ebs nd\u00ebrsa pjesa tjet\u00ebr nga Banka Gjermane p\u00ebr Zhvillim (KFW).<\/p>\n

Pas n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes, Kryebashkiaku Vangjush Dako, deklaroi se: \u201cMe k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt realizohet nj\u00eb nga zotimet e b\u00ebra p\u00ebr normalizimin e furnizimit me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm t\u00eb banor\u00ebve kudo ku ata ndodhen n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb e Durr\u00ebsit dhe se vitin e ardhsh\u00ebm i gjith\u00eb Durr\u00ebsi do t\u00eb ket\u00eb tre her\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb uj\u00eb se sot.\u00a0 Me nd\u00ebrtimin e k\u00ebtyre uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsve ne mbajm\u00eb premtimin q\u00eb u kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb banor\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre zonave p\u00ebr furnizimin me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm. Ky projekt do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm problemin e furnizimit me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebto tre nj\u00ebsi administrative. Bashkia e Durr\u00ebsit do t\u00eb investoj\u00eb 10 % t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti mjaft t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm. K\u00ebt\u00eb vit ne kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb furnizim m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm t\u00eb zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Plazhit p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb investimit p\u00ebr rrjetin e ri t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjes n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr investim \u00ebsht\u00eb duke p\u00ebrfunduar, ai i linj\u00ebs s\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm nga \u00c7erma e Lushnj\u00ebs, e cila do t\u00eb furnizoj\u00eb zon\u00ebn turistike n\u00eb Shk\u00ebmbin e Kavaj\u00ebs dhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb plazhit t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit\u201d.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit midis Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Durr\u00ebs me Fondin e Zhvillimit Shqiptar p\u00ebr plot\u00ebsimin e dosjeve t\u00eb tre skemave t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhura nga FZHSH, si pjes\u00eb e programit RWS III p\u00ebr investimet n\u00eb zonat rurale me skema furnizimi me vet\u00ebrrjedhje, Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Durr\u00ebs dor\u00ebzoi dosjet p\u00ebr investime n\u00eb k\u00ebto zona rurale:<\/p>\n

Nj\u00ebsia administrative Katund i Ri: <\/strong>Kjo zon\u00eb do t\u00eb furnizohet me uj\u00eb nga burimi i Fush\u00eb Kuqes me kapacitet 720 litra uj\u00eb p\u00ebr sekond\u00eb, i cili do t\u00eb depozitoj\u00eb uj\u00eb n\u00eb depon e Jub\u00ebs, e cila ka kapacitet 1,340 m3. \u00a0Fondi i investimit n\u00eb total p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nj\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb 4,698,658 euro<\/strong>. Depoja n\u00eb fjal\u00eb gjendet n\u00eb lart\u00ebsi 49 met\u00ebr mbi nivelin e detit dhe ajo do t\u00eb furnizoj\u00eb nj\u00eb popullsi prej rreth 16 mij\u00eb banor\u00eb, t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb n\u00eb 8 fshatra, me nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim 24 or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb. Disa nga fshatrat do t\u00eb furnizohen me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/li>\n
  2. Nj\u00ebsia administrative Rrashbull (fshati Arapaj, ish ferma Xhafzotaj): <\/strong>Gjithashtu do t\u00eb furnizohen me uj\u00eb nga burimi i Fush\u00eb Kuqes. \u00a0Vlera totale e investimit p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nj\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb 2, 434,958 euro<\/strong>. \u00a0Zona n\u00eb fjal\u00eb do t\u00eb furnizohet me vet\u00ebrrjedhje nga depo e Arapajt, e cila ka kapacitet 8,000 m3 uj\u00eb.<\/li>\n
  3. Nj\u00ebsia administrative Rrashbull (shk\u00ebmbi i Kavaj\u00ebs, sip\u00ebr shinave t\u00eb trenit): <\/strong>Do t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb furnizimin me uj\u00eb nga projekti i \u00c7erm\u00ebs q\u00eb siguron prurje prej 200 litra uj\u00eb n\u00eb sekond\u00eb. \u00a0Uji do t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb depon e re q\u00eb po nd\u00ebrtohet n\u00eb Manskuri me kapacitet 4,000 m3 dhe m\u00eb pas do t\u00eb furnizoj\u00eb zon\u00ebn sip\u00ebr shinave t\u00eb trenit tek shk\u00ebmbi i Kavaj\u00ebs. \u00a0Vlera totale e investimit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb 825,935 euro<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    On 19 April, Durres Municipality and the Albanian Development Fund (ADF) signed an agreement for the construction of three water supplies that are expected to ensure 24 hours a day water supply service to the inhabitants in rural areas of Durres. \u00a0The investment includes the administrative units of Katund i Ri, Rrashbull and Shkembi i Kavajes.<\/p>\n

    Present at the signing ceremony organized in the Durres Municipality Offices were Mayor Vangjush Dako; Avni Dervishi, ADF Project Coordinator; and Spartak Kova\u00e7i, Director of Durres Water Supply and Sewerage Company (UK Durres) and specialists from the sector.<\/p>\n

    The ADF Coordinator of this Project, Mr. Avni Dervishi, made a presentation on the new project, which is planned to be completed in 2018, and which will provide drinking water supply service capacity in compliance to EU standards. \u00a0The entire investment costs 8 million Euros, where 10% to be covered by the Durres Municipality, while the rest of the investment is being proviced by the German Development Bank (KFW).<\/p>\n

    After signing the agreement, Mayor Vangjush Dako, stated that: \u201cWith this project we are keeping our promise for the improvement of drinking water supply service to the residents of Durres, no matter in which area they live, and that next year the water supply will increase three times more.\u00a0 This project will significantly improve the issue of drinking water supply in these three administrative units. \u00a0This year we have been able to provide a better drinking water supply in the beach area due to investments done on the new distribution network. \u00a0On the other hand, another investment, which is in the completion phase, is the construction of the new water supply line from Cerma-Lushnja, which will supply the touristic area of Shkembi i Kavajes, and a part of the Durres beach area.”<\/p>\n

    Projects <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement between UK Durres and the Albanian Development Fund, as part of the ADF – RWS III Program for investments in rural areas through gravity flow water supply systems, UK Durres submitted the necessary documentation for the investments in the below rural areas:<\/p>\n

    1. Katundi i Ri Administrative Unit: <\/strong>This area will be supplied by Fushe Kuqe well supply capacity of 720 liters per second, which will feed the Juba’s water reservoir which has a capacity of 1,340 m3. \u00a0The total investment fund for this unit is \u20ac 4,698,658<\/strong>. This reservoir is located at an elevation of 49 meters above sea level and will supply a population of about 16,000 people, spread in 8 villages, with 24 hours per day service.\u00a0 Some of these villages will be supplied with drinking water for the first time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. Rrashbull Administrative Unit (Arapaj Village, former Xhafzotaj Farm): <\/strong>Will also be supplied by Fushe Kuqe well source. The total value of the investment for this unit is \u20ac 2, 434,958<\/strong>. This area will be supplied through gravity flow from the Arapaj Reservoir, which has a capacity of 8,000 m3 of water.<\/li>\n
      2. Rrashbull Administrative Unit (Shkembi i Kavajes):<\/strong> Will ensure water supply from the Cerma project providing water at a rate of 200 liters per second. Water will supply the new reservoir in Manskuri, currently under construction and which will have a capacity of 4,000 m3, from where it will supply the area of Shkembi i Kavajes. \u00a0The total value of this investment is \u20ac 825,935.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The investment will ensure a 24 hour water supply service in the above areas, while the project foresees the completion of the connections in every house, meter installation and training of UK Durres staff.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
