Workshopi mblodhi p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb grupeve n\u00ebn-tematike t\u00eb pun\u00ebs nga Sekretariati Teknik i K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Ujit, Shkolla Shqiptare e Administrat\u00ebs Publike (ASPA), Ministria e Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, Zhvillimit Rural dhe Administrimit t\u00eb Uj\u00ebrave, Ministria e Transportit dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs, Ministria e Mjedisit, Ministria e Energjis\u00eb dhe Industris\u00eb, Agjencit\u00eb e Uj\u00ebrave dhe Pellgjeve, Shoqata e Bashkive, si dhe SHUKALB.<\/p>\n

Kjo iniciativ\u00eb e Sekretariatit Teknik plot\u00ebson pun\u00ebn e vazhdueshme t\u00eb SHUKALB n\u00eb ofrimin e trajnimeve dhe ngritjes s\u00eb kapaciteteve p\u00ebr stafin teknik t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime. In the framework of the Public Administration Reform and Modernization Process, and the preparation for the complex negotiations process with the European Union in the water sector, the Dutch Embassy is providing support in the process of producing a Concept Idea for a National Plan on Training and Certification for Water Public Administration for the period 2018 \u2013 2020. \u00a0In this context, a workshop was organized on 25 May 2017, at the premises of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Water Administration, aiming to identify the technical qualifications and training needs of the water professionals in central and local government.<\/p>\n

The workshop convened representatives of the sub-thematic working groups from the Technical Secretariat of the National Water Council, Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA), Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Water Administration, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Energy and Industry, Water and Basin Agencies, Association of Municipalities, as well as SHUKALB.<\/p>\n

This initiative of the Technical Secretariat complements the ongoing work of SHUKALB in providing training and capacity building to the technical staff of water supply and sewerage utilities.\u00a0 As Albania is moving towards EU, it is clear that there is need for competent and better qualified professionals in administration as well as technical positions of the different water related institutions in Albania.<\/p>\n
