The \u201cWater Loss Management \u2013 I+II<\/strong>\u201d training course will be delivered on 03-04 July in Prishtina.\u00a0 Water loss control, both technical and administrative, is one of the biggest challenges for water supply companies. \u00a0Water loss management improves the quality of water supply service, and has a positive impact on the company’s financial sustainability, reducing production and water treatment costs.<\/p>\n

This course is valuable to technical and distribution department managers, senior engineers, maintenance and exploitation engineers, metering specialists, water balance technicians as well as billing managers.<\/p>\n

\"Menaxhimi\"<\/a>The \u201cManagement<\/strong>\u201d training course, planned to be delivered in June, was postponed upon request of different water utilities to a more appropriate period for them.\u00a0 This training course will be delivered on 06-07 July in Tirana.<\/p>\n

The \u201cManagement\u201d training course is designed to emphasize the role of management in providing a more qualitative customer service.\u00a0 The course will address issues related to a manager\u2019s daily responsibilities, such as communication, team building and management, problem solving, and decision making.<\/p>\n

This training course is particularly useful for general directors of water supply and sewerage companies, technical directors and managers.<\/p>\n
