Organizata Gjermane p\u00ebr Bashk\u00ebpunim Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar (GIZ) ka nisur koh\u00ebt e fundit nj\u00eb program t\u00eb ri t\u00eb ujit p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb me titull “Orientimi i Sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb dhe Kanalizime drejt Performanc\u00ebs dhe Konsumatorit”. \u00a0Programi synon t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimin nd\u00ebrmjet Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Transportit dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs (MTI) dhe autoriteteve t\u00eb saj, si dhe bashkive dhe shoq\u00ebrive t\u00eb tyre uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, p\u00ebr menaxhimin e q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb ujit dhe zhvillimin e kapaciteteve t\u00eb subjekteve t\u00eb saj. Objektivi i programit thot\u00eb: Aktor\u00ebt komb\u00ebtar\u00eb dhe lokal\u00eb n\u00eb furnizimin me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm dhe kanalizime zbatojn\u00eb parimet udh\u00ebzuese t\u00eb reform\u00ebs s\u00eb sektorit, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht orientimin dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e performanc\u00ebs, n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb koordinuar.<\/p>\n

Aktivitetet e programit do t\u00eb synojn\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht tre bashki t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhura (Peqin, Cerrik dhe Himar\u00eb) dhe bashkit\u00eb e 11 Shoq\u00ebrive m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, duke p\u00ebrfituar k\u00ebshtu rreth 66% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. \u00a0Megjithat\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb menduar q\u00eb rezultatet do t\u00eb prekin t\u00eb gjitha bashkit\u00eb dhe Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e tyre uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime.<\/p>\n

Me q\u00ebllimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb prezantuar dhe planifikuar aktivitetet e programit, GIZ organizoi dhe drejtoi nj\u00eb seminar n\u00eb muajin maj 2017. \u00a0Seminari u drejtua nga z. Dieter Marth dhe u ndoq nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga Ministria e Transportit dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs, Enti Rregullator i Ujit, Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve, Sekretariati Teknik i K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Ujit, GIZ, SHUKALB, si dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga bashkit\u00eb dhe shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime t\u00eb synuara nga programi.<\/p>\n

Programi filloi zyrtarisht n\u00eb qershor, me angazhimin e tre bashkive t\u00eb synuara, duke u ofruar atyre asistenc\u00eb p\u00ebrmes seminareve trajuese dhe asistenc\u00ebs direkte n\u00eb hartimin e planeve t\u00eb biznesit, hartave dhe modeleve hidraulike, analiza t\u00eb gjendjes s\u00eb tyre aktuale dhe p\u00ebrcaktimin e disa prej objektivave kryesore lidhur me Programi.[:en]

The German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ) has recently launched a new water program for Albania titled \u201cCustomer and Performance Oriented Drinking Water and Wastewater Services<\/em>\u201d.\u00a0 The program aims to improve cooperation between the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure (MTI), and its authorities, as well as the municipalities and their water utilities, for the sustainable management of water services and capacity development of its entities.\u00a0 The program\u2019s objective reads: National and municipalities actors in drinking water supply and sanitation implement the guiding principles of the sector reform, especially performance orientation and accountability, in a coordinated manner.<\/p>\n

The activities of the program will particularly target three selected municipalities (Peqin, Cerrik and Himara) and the municipalities of the 11 largest water utilities, thereby benefiting roughly 66% of the total population of Albania.\u00a0 However, it is intended that the results will concern all municipalities and their water utilities.<\/p>\n

In order to present and plan the activities of the program, GIZ organized and conducted a workshop in May 2017.\u00a0 The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Dieter Marth and was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Water Regulatory Authority, National Agency for Water Supply and Sanitation, Technical Secretariat of the National Water Council, GIZ, SHUKALB, as well as representatives from municipalities and water utilities targeted by the program.<\/p>\n

The programme started officially in June, with the engagement of the three targeted municipalities, providing them assistance through training workshops and direct assistance in drafting business plans, hydraulic maps and models, analysis of their actual situation, and defining some of the major objectives related to the program.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
