SHUKALB d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb uroj\u00eb UK Tiran\u00eb dhe UK Durr\u00ebs p\u00ebr zgjedhjen dhe mir\u00ebpret n\u00eb vazhdim angazhimin e tyre aktiv n\u00eb diskutimet dhe vendimet e Bordit Drejtues t\u00eb SHUKALB.[:en]On the 23rd of June, in compliance with its Statute, SHUKALB organized an election for the two (2) representatives of water utilities from the Central Region to join the Board of Directors of SHUKALB for the period 2017-2018. \u00a0The last Board elections that took place on 12 January 2016 for the three-year mandate 2016 – 2018 resulted in the election of Krasta Water Supply Company and Elbasan Fshat Water Supply and Sewerage Company, to represent the Central Region on the Board of Directors of SHUKALB. \u00a0The recent elections were neccessary due to the merger of Krasta Water Supply Company with the Bulqiza Water Supply and Sewerage Company, and the removal of Elbasan Fshat WSS Company from the position on the Board member.<\/p>\n
SHUKALB invited the seven (7) active water supply and sewerage company members from the Central Region to take part in the vote, which resulted in the selection of the utilities of Tirana and Durres. \u00a0The selection of Tirana and Durres to joint the SHUKALB Board of Directors will be an added value for SHUKALB, considering the professionalism of their staff, the long experience in the sector, as well as their active engagement as continuous and early members of SHUKALB.<\/p>\n
