P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga Shoqatat e Qeverisjes Vendore dhe Shoqatat Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime nga Ballkani Per\u00ebndimor jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces dhe po luajn\u00eb nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

Procesi i zhvillimit t\u00eb produktit filloi me workshopin e par\u00eb t\u00eb mbajtur m\u00eb 15-16 mars n\u00eb Beograd, ku pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u trajnuan n\u00eb teknikat e zhvillimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb studimi tregu p\u00ebr klient\u00ebt potencial\u00eb (shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime dhe bashkit\u00eb) nga vendet e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor. Pas k\u00ebtij workshopi, SHUKALB ftoi t\u00eb gjitha Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime shqiptare t\u00eb merrnin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb anketim duke plot\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb pyet\u00ebsor t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr n\u00eb lidhje me 4 produktet.<\/p>\n

Workshopi i dyt\u00eb u zhvillua m\u00eb 29-30 qershor n\u00eb Zagreb. \u00a0Q\u00ebllimi i workshopit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb ishte prezantimi i rezultateve paraprake nga studimet e tregut dhe kryerja e nj\u00eb analize SWOT mbi kat\u00ebr “produktet” dhe p\u00ebrpunimi i aspekteve kryesore t\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb ardhshme, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Planifikimi i Biznesit.<\/p>\n

Recently, Arbana Kola, a Course Development Specialist in Water Supply and Treatment for SHUKALB has been engaged in a Project activity titled, \u201cMarket Testing of 4 Products Aimed at Improving the Services in the Water Sector in South East Europe\u201d<\/em>. \u00a0This Project is being conducted under the Open Regional Fund Modernization of Municipal Services Project being implemented by GIZ <\/strong>to support the development of \u201cproducts\u201d* (Non-Revenue Water, Asset Management, Decision Support System and Danube Water Conference) in the water sector in the countries from the Western Balkan, such as Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.<\/p>\n

Representatives from Local Government Associations and Associations of Water Utilities from Western Balkans are involved in this process and are playing an importance role.<\/p>\n

The product development process started with the first workshop held on 15-16 March in Belgrade, where participants were trained in the techniques of conducting a market survey among potential clients (water companies and municipalities) from the Western Balkan countries.\u00a0 Following this workshop, SHUKALB invited all the Albanian water utilities to participate at a survey by completing a short questionnaire regarding the 4 products.<\/p>\n

The second workshop took place on 29-30 June in Zagreb.\u00a0 The aim of the second workshop was to present the preliminary findings from market studies and to conduct a SWOT analysis on the four \u201cproducts\u201d and the elaboration of the key aspects of the next phase, which is Business Planning.<\/p>\n
