M\u00eb 7 korrik 2017, SHUKOS dhe SHUKALB organizuan Workshopin e\u00a0rradh\u00ebs\u00a0<\/strong>n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb programit t\u00eb P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb Benchmarking HUB. \u00a0Q\u00ebllimi i workshopit ishte monitorimi dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i sh\u00ebrbimit dhe proceseve t\u00eb biznesit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb Program. \u00a0SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua nga Znj. \u00c7do pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs i shoq\u00ebrive UK ishte i pajisur me nj\u00eb laptop t\u00eb lidhur me profilin e kompanis\u00eb s\u00eb tij brenda platform\u00ebs EBC. \u00a0Gjat\u00eb pun\u00ebs praktike t\u00eb futjes s\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr vitin 2016, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit pat\u00ebn rastin t\u00eb diskutonin midis tyre p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe sqarimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb ndryshme, si dhe p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien e rekomandimeve.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e vitit 2016 ishin t\u00eb lehta dhe t\u00eb kuptueshme, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb platform\u00ebs s\u00eb avancuar dhe t\u00eb leht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrdorur, por kishte ende vend p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti n\u00eb terminologjin\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr variablat.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb workshopit, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit q\u00eb pat\u00ebn mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Pi 2017 \u2013 Konferenca e Specialist\u00ebve mbi Benchmarkning dhe Vler\u00ebsimin e Performanc\u00ebs, t\u00eb mbajtur m\u00eb 15-17 maj, n\u00eb Vien\u00eb, treguan p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebrshtypjet e tyre p\u00ebr eventin. \u00a0Ata vler\u00ebsuan lart\u00eb karakterin shkencor t\u00eb konferenc\u00ebs, e cila ishte e vlefshme p\u00ebr ta dhe theksuan faktin se ka ende shum\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar sektorin e ujit n\u00eb vendet tona.<\/p>\n

Takimi i ardhsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb planifikuar t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ku pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit do t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb analiza, korrigjime dhe verifikimet e raporteve.<\/p>\n

On 7 July 2017, SHUKOS and SHUKALB organized the Kick-off Workshop within the framework of the Joint Benchmarking HUB program.\u00a0 The purpose of the workshop was to monitor and improve the service and business processes of the Kosovo and Albanian water utilities involved in the Program.\u00a0 SHUKALB was represented by Ms. Olta Ceca, Manager of Trainings and Programs, who welcomed the participants on behalf of SHUKALB, and wished them a productive work in the advancement of standardized mechanisms in the sector.<\/p>\n

Every utility participant was equipped with a laptop connected to its company profile within the EBC platform.\u00a0 During the practice work of inputting the data for the year 2016, the participants had the chance to discuss, among each other, to identify and clarify different issues, as well as giving recommendations.<\/p>\n

The input of the 2016 data was easy and understandable, due to the advanced and user friendly platform, but there was still room for improvement, in particular with the terminology used for the variables.<\/p>\n

During the workshop, the participants who had the opportunity to participate at Pi 2017 – Specialist Conference on Benchmarking and Performance Assessment, held on 15-17 May, in Vienna, shared their experience and impressions of the event.\u00a0 They highly appreciated the scientific character of the conference, which was valuable to them, and stressed the fact that there is still a lot of work to be done in order to improve the water sector in our countries.<\/p>\n

The next meeting is planned to be held in Albania, where the participants will conduct analyses, corrections and verifications of the reports.<\/p>\n

The HUB Coordinator, Mrs. Nadire Vitija, informed the participants that the main workshop for the Joint Benchmarking HUB Program, will be organized during the Balkans Joint Conference and Exhibition, to be held on 1, 2, 3 November, in Prishtina.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
