Gjat\u00eb muajit korrik, SHUKALB zhvilloi disa takime rajonale me shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb ndryshme uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. \u00a0Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtyre takimeve ishte t\u00eb b\u00ebhej nj\u00eb prezantim i detajuar mbi aktivitetet m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb SHUKALB, Programet, Kurset e Trajnimit, An\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi, Konferencat dhe Ekspozitat dhe Projektet, si dhe t\u00eb diskutohej rreth mund\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb profesionist\u00ebve q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK n\u00eb projektet e ndryshme t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarra nga Shoqata. \u00a0SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb k\u00ebto takime nga Znj. Edhe pse i ri n\u00eb postin e tij, Drejtori Prifti ishte i mir\u00eb informuar rreth \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Elbasanit. \u00a0Ai tregoi angazhimin dhe vullnetin e tij drejt bashk\u00ebpunimit t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm me SHUKALB.<\/p>\n

Director of Elbasan WSS, Besmir Prifti, Olta Ceca, Manager of Programs and Training, and Alban Kushi, Manager of Member Services and Administration, SHUKALB, during the meeting in Elbasan<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n

During July, SHUKALB held regional meetings with different water supply and sewerage companies in Albania.\u00a0 The purpose of these meetings was to make a detailed presentation on the latest SHUKALB activities, Programs, Training Courses, Membership, Conferences and Exhibitions, and Projects, as well as to discuss the possibility of involving professionals working in water utilities in different projects implemented by the Association.\u00a0 SHUKALB was represented in these meetings by Mrs. Olta Ceca, Manager of Programs and Training, and Mr. Alban Kushi, Manager of Member Services and Administration.<\/p>\n

The first meeting was held on 20th of July, in Gjirokaster, with the Director of UK Gjirokastra, Mr. Bashkim Tola, and the Director of UK Tepelena, Mr. Arben Kacorri, who is a member of the SHUKALB Board of Directors. \u00a0The 2nd<\/sup> meeting was held in Saranda, where the staff of SHUKALB was welcomed by Director Sheme Lulo of UK Saranda. \u00a0Both Director Tola and Director Lulo, showed interest on SHUKALB activities and achievements and stressed their willingness for further collaboration.<\/p>\n

During the meeting with the Director of Peshkopia WSS, Arif Shini<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The 3rd<\/sup> meeting was held on 26 July, in Elbasan, with the Director Besmir Prifti of UK Elbasan.\u00a0 Although new in his position, Director Prifti was well informed on the issues of the water sector in Albania and in particular of Elbasan.\u00a0 He showed his commitment and willingness toward future collaboration with SHUKALB.<\/p>\n

The next meeting on 26 July, was held in Pogradec, with the Director of UK Pogradec, Mr. Marsel Isallari.\u00a0 During the meeting Director Isallari made a presentation of the current situation of UK Pogradec and the success they are having in providing a reliable supply of water.<\/p>\n

On 28th<\/sup> of July, SHUKALB staff met with utilities of UK Peshkopia, UK Bulqiza and UK Burrel. \u00a0Each f the utilities stressed that their will join SHUKALB, as members, and participate in the Training Courses and Events organized by SHUKALB.<\/p>\n

At all the meetings conducted, the discussion was focused on the challenges of providing sufficient water supply during summer demand.\u00a0\u00a0 All of the companies stated that they have been able to manage quite well this situation, maintaining the desired level of water supply delivery to their consumers.\u00a0\u00a0 Regarding illegal connections, the companies had already taken the necessary measures in advance by significantly reducing them. \u00a0However, there are still actions running in order to prevent sporadic cases of illegal connections.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB would like to thank each of the water supply and sewerage companies visited for their warm welcome and their commitment for collaboration.\u00a0 SHUKALB will continue during the coming weeks to organize other regional meetings in order to be closer to each of the utilities and to discuss their issues.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
