Me k\u00ebt\u00eb Projekt, UK Tiran\u00eb synon t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem uji m\u00eb elastik, duke arritur objektivin e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar nj\u00eb furnizim me uj\u00eb 24 or\u00eb deri n\u00eb 2021, dhe reduktimin e kostove operacionale duke furnizuar ujin p\u00ebrmes vet\u00ebrrjedhjes kundrejt kostos s\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb pompimit t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave n\u00ebntok\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n

Rritja e kapacitetit t\u00eb Impiantit t\u00eb Bovill\u00ebs dhe nd\u00ebrtimi i nj\u00eb tubacioni t\u00eb ri nga Impianti i Bovill\u00ebs n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn veriper\u00ebndimore t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs do t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb p\u00ebrfitime dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse p\u00ebr komunitetin duke kontribuar n\u00eb synimin e UK Tiran\u00eb p\u00ebr arritjen e nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb (24\/7) t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb deri n\u00eb vitin 2021. \u00a0Gjithashtu do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb p\u00ebrfitime pozitive afatgjata mjedisore n\u00eb reduktimin e kostove t\u00eb energjis\u00eb duke transferuar ujin p\u00ebrmes vet\u00ebrrjedhjes n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn veriore per\u00ebndimore t\u00eb qytetit, e cila aktualisht \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u sh\u00ebrbyer p\u00ebrmes pompimit t\u00eb ujit n\u00ebntok\u00ebsor nga puset e varf\u00ebruara.[:en]\"UKT<\/a>Recently Tirana Water Supply and Sewerage Company (UK Tirana) and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) have been working together to establish the basis for an investment loan of up to 30 million Euro divided in two tranches of 15 Million Euro each.\u00a0 The first tranche will be used for the extension of the capacity of Bovilla Water Treatment Plant and the construction of a new water pipeline that will transfer water from Bovilla Water Treatment Plant to the northwestern part of the City of Tirana by gravity.<\/p>\n

The start of the second tranche would be determined at a later stage after the completion of a study related to UK Tirana\u2019s Strategic Water Resources. The study will determine the most cost-efficient and economically viable investment to further address Tirana’s water shortages, assessing both demand-side and supply-side strategic options. Supply-side options could include exploiting new water sources, such as Guri i Bardhe, demand-side options could include rehabilitating Tirana’s water network and installing strategic flow\/pressure meters, or a mix of solutions.<\/p>\n

With this Project, UK Tirana WSS aims to provide a more resilient water system, reaching its objective of providing a 24 hour water supply by 2021, and reducing the operational costs by supplying water through gravity flow versus the high cost of pumping groundwater.<\/p>\n

The increase in capacity of the Bovilla WTP and the construction of a new pipeline from Bovilla WTP to the northwestern part of the City of Tirana will provide significant community benefits by contributing to UK Tirana’s goal of achieving an uninterrupted (24\/7) water supply service by 2021. It will also provide positive long-term environmental benefits impacts in reducing energy costs by transfer of water by gravity \u00a0to the north western part of the City, which is currently being serviced by the pumping groundwater from depleting wells.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
