D-LeaP is an initiative led by the International Association of Water Utilities in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD) that aims to provide capacity building programs through cooperation with water associations in the Danube region, in order to improve water supply and sewerage services in the Danube region.<\/p>\n<p>The programs planned to be delivered by SHUKALB and SHUKOS, starting in October 2017 are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Commercial Efficiency <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This Program supports participating utility companies in collecting, auditing and analyzing data related to commercial efficiency and developing actions based on that data to support reduction of costs, increase revenue collection and overall commercial efficiency. It offers a standardized and detailed approach for business planning and provides tools and actions to improve commercial efficiency.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Energy Efficiency <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This Program supports participating utility companies in collecting, auditing and analyzing data related to their energy use and developing investment programs based on that data to support the reduction of energy costs and increase energy efficiency.
