SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb takim nga Drejtori Ekzekutiv, Z. Philip Giantris dhe Znj. Elisabeta Poci, Zv\/ Drejtore Ekzekutive e SHUKALB dhe N\u00ebn\/Kryetare e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Komitetit t\u00eb D-LeaP.<\/p>\n

Takimi filloi me prezantimin e nj\u00eb pasqyre t\u00eb D-LeaP: prezantimi i HUB-ve aktuale, statusi i implementimit dhe dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb Programit nga HUB-et, sfidat e hasura nga Sekretariati i D-LeaP dhe nga HUB-et n\u00eb zbatimin e programeve D-LeaP, aspektet financiare , etj. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit diskutuan mbi qeverisjen e D-LeaP, \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e menaxhimit dhe tema t\u00eb tilla si: si t\u00eb adresohen sfidat e hasura nga HUB-et; mb\u00ebshtetja q\u00eb u nevojitet HUB-eve n\u00eb sigurimin dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb programeve t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme; ndryshimet q\u00eb nevojiten p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar zbatimin, etj.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb takimit u dhan\u00eb informacion rreth Granteve ndaj Shoqatave dhe u ngrit\u00ebn takime dypal\u00ebshe p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb sqarime t\u00eb nevojshme mbi dor\u00ebzimin e aplikimeve apo kryerjen e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb nevojshme. \u00a0N\u00eb fund, u ofrua informacion mbi projektin Rrjeti Rajonal i Zhvillimit t\u00eb Kapaciteteve (RCDN), i cili ka filluar si baz\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur m\u00eb tej shoqatat uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet dhe kapacitetet e shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime dhe qeverisjeve lokale.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen, m\u00eb 15 Shtator, u organizua Asambleja e P\u00ebrgjithshme e 25-t\u00eb e IAWD-s\u00eb, ku u prezantuan \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ndryshme biznesi dhe u ofrua mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar rreth programeve t\u00eb zot\u00ebruara nga IAWD dhe p\u00ebr t’iu bashkuar diskutimit p\u00ebr zhvillimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre aktiviteteve.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB \u00ebsht\u00eb optimist p\u00ebr ndikimin q\u00eb programet e D-LeaP do t\u00eb ken\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe duke filluar nga muaji tetor, s\u00eb bashku me SHUKOS, ka planifikuar ofrimin e tre programeve t\u00eb D-LeaP (Efi\u00e7enca Komerciale, Efi\u00e7ienca e Energjis\u00eb dhe Menaxhimi i Humbjeve t\u00eb Ujit).[:en]

Participants at the IWAD Roundtable meeting<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n

In the framework of the Danube Learning Partnership (D-LeaP), on 14 September, in Vienna, the IWAD organized a Roundtable with the participation of Danube Region Water Utility Associations. SHUKALB was represented at the meeting by its Executive Director, Mr. Philip Giantris and Ms. Elisabeta Poci, the Deputy Executive Director of SHUKALB, and Vice\/Chair of the D-LeaP Committee Council.<\/p>\n

The meeting started with presentation of an overview of D-LeaP: introduction of the current HUBs, the status of Program implementation and delivery by HUBs, challenges encountered by the D-LeaP Secretariat and by the Hubs in implementing D-LeaP programs, financial aspects, etc.\u00a0 Participants discussed D-LeaP Governance, management issues, and topics such as: how to address challenges encountered by Hubs; the support needed by Hubs in providing sound program delivery; changes needed to improve implementation, etc.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, information was provided on the Grants to Associations and bilateral meetings were set up to provide clarifications needed in submitting applications or carrying out the needed work. \u00a0At the end, information was provided on the Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) project, which is beginning as a basis to further support utility associations in the Western Balkans and to strengthen the relations and capacities of water utilities and municipal governments.<\/p>\n

On the next day, 15 September, 25th<\/sup> General Assembly of IAWD was organized, IAWD presented various business topics and the opportunity was offered to learn about programs maintained by IAWD and to join the discussion on developing these activities further.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB is optimistic about the impact that the D-LeaP programs will have on Albanian water utilities and starting in October, jointly with SHUKOS, has already planned the delivery of three D-LeaP programs (Commercial Efficiency<\/em>; Energy Efficiency, <\/em>\u00a0and Non-Revenue Water Reduction).<\/em>[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
