Representatives from Local Government Associations and Associations of Water Utilities from Western Balkans were part of this event. SHUKALB was represented by Arbana Kola, a Course Development Specialist in Water Supply and Treatment at SHUKALB.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the workshop was to present the key findings from the market studies and discuss their implications over products Business Plans.
