In the framework of the Project \u201cMarket Testing of Four Products Aimed at Improving the Services in the Water Sector in South East Europe\u201d, Arbana Kola attended the 4th<\/sup> workshop that was held on 13, 14 November, in Belgrade Serbia.\u00a0 The Project is being conducted under the Open Regional Fund Modernization of Municipal Services Project being implemented by GIZ, and its main purpose is to identify the potential needs and enabling mechanisms for implementation and delivery of four products: Non \u2013 Revenue Water Advisory Service, Asset Management Advisory Service, Decision Support System and Danube Water Conference, in the countries of Albania, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.<\/p>\n

The main objective of the 4th<\/sup> workshop was to finalize the discussions on the particular elements of Business Planning for each of the products, as well as to assess opportunities for and benefits from potential cooperation arrangements between product owners and Associations of Water Utilities and Associations of Local Governments in the respective targeted countries.<\/p>\n
