M\u00eb 1 n\u00ebntor 2017, p\u00ebrpara fillimit t\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs, komitetet respektive t\u00eb Profesionist\u00ebve t\u00eb Rinj t\u00eb Ujit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb organizuan s\u00ebbashku Forumin e 3-t\u00eb t\u00eb PRU-s\u00eb. \u00a0Forumi sh\u00ebrben si nj\u00eb platform\u00eb e hapur drejtuar student\u00ebve, profesionist\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb ujit, inxhinier\u00ebt drejtues t\u00eb ujit dhe njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb mbulojn\u00eb nj\u00eb gam\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb profesionesh, nga teknike, sociale, ekonomike dhe mjedisore, n\u00ebn mosh\u00ebn 35 vje\u00e7, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt punojn\u00eb apo jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar t\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb sektorin e ujit.\u00a0 Rreth 50 profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb ujit nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe Kosova, mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb event, duke p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb gam\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb institucionesh dhe profesionesh.<\/p>\n

Forumi u p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet nga z. Philip Weller, Udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i Sekretariatit Teknik t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kompanive t\u00eb Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb t\u00eb Basenit t\u00eb Lumit Danub.\u00a0 Sokol Xhafa, Kryetar i PRU Kosov\u00eb, i dor\u00ebzoi Z. Weller nj\u00eb \u00e7mim n\u00eb shenj\u00eb vler\u00ebsimi dhe mir\u00ebnjohje p\u00ebr kontributin dhe mb\u00ebshtetjen q\u00eb Z. Weller ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr PRU e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Programi i forumit adresoi dhe diskutoi \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb ujit si zhvillimi dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e karrier\u00ebs s\u00eb ujit, si dhe sfidat e ujit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n

Profesionist\u00ebt e rinj t\u00eb ujit u pozicionuan si Udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs t\u00eb Rinj t\u00eb Ujit dhe kontribuan me disa mesazhe ky\u00e7e p\u00ebr disa nga sfidat m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha shqet\u00ebsuese q\u00eb sektori i ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Kosov\u00eb po p\u00ebrballet aktualisht.\u00a0 P\u00ebrmes diskutimeve plenare dhe n\u00eb tryeza t\u00eb rrumbullak\u00ebta, PRU-t\u00eb me p\u00ebrvoja n\u00eb shum\u00eb disiplina dhan\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb reja n\u00eb lidhje me disa nga temat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb rajon, si Mbrojtja e Burimeve t\u00eb Ujit, Zona e Baseneve Lumore, Cil\u00ebsia e ujit t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm, Sfidat e uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotur dhe Zhvillimi i Kapaciteteve.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb fal\u00ebnderim i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb i takon Universitetit UBT Prishtina, q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes kontributit t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb diskutim solli nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb t\u00eb re n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb event.<\/p>\n

Forumi rezultoi i suksessh\u00ebm edhe p\u00ebr shkak se u ofroi pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbyer njohurit\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrvojat e tyre dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjeruar rrjetin e tyre profesional dhe social.<\/p>\n

\u00c7far\u00eb na nevojitet p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur q\u00ebllimet dhe objektivat e p\u00ebrcaktuara nga PRU-t\u00eb ?!\u00a0 Kjo ishte pyetja q\u00eb do t\u00eb zhvillohet m\u00eb tej n\u00eb eventin e ardhsh\u00ebm t\u00eb PRU-ve.<\/p>\n

On 1st<\/sup> of November prior the Conference, the respective Young Water Professional (YWP) Chapters of Kosova and Albania jointly organized the 3rd<\/sup> YWP Forum.\u00a0 The Forum serves as an open platform addressed to students, young water professionals, engineering water leaders and people covering a wide range from technical, social, economic and environmental, under the age of 35, and who work or are interested in working in the water sector.\u00a0 Around 50 young water professionals from Albania and Kosova, participated at the event, representing a wide range of institutions and professions.<\/p>\n

The Forum was greeted by Mr. Philip Weller, Head of Technical Secretariat of the International Association of Water Supply Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area. In recognition and gratitude for Mr. Weller\u2019s contribution and support to the YWP of Kosova, Sokol Xhafa, Chair of the YWP of Kosova, delivered an Award to Mr. Weller.<\/p>\n

The program of the forum addressed and discussed different issues of the water sector such as water career development and opportunities as well as water challenges in Kosovo and Albania.<\/p>\n

Young water professionals positioned themselves as young water leaders and contributed with some key messages to some of the most pressuring challenges that the water sector in Albania and Kosovo faces at the moment. Through plenary and round table discussions, YWPs with multidisciplinary backgrounds discussed new solutions to the regional water issues that were presented such as Water Resource Protection, River Basin Catchment Area, Drinking Water Quality, Wastewater Challenges, and Capacity Development.<\/p>\n

A special thank you goes for the UBT University Prishtina, that trough their contribution to the discussion brought new perspectives at this event.<\/p>\n

The Forum resulted successful also because it offered the participants the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience, and to extend their professional and social networks.<\/p>\n

What do we need to reach the goals and objectives set by the YWPs? This is the question that will be addressed in the next event of the YWPs.<\/p>\n
