Q\u00ebllimi i workshopit ishte shk\u00ebmbimi i njohurive dhe p\u00ebrvojave n\u00eb krahasimin e standardeve (Benchmarking) midis Shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebri, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar sh\u00ebrbimet e furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe kanalizimeve n\u00eb rajon, duke m\u00ebsuar nga nj\u00ebri-tjetri dhe duke avancuar mekanizmat e standardizuar n\u00eb sektor.<\/p>\n

Nadire Vitija, Koordinatore e HUB-it e cila i uroi mir\u00ebseardhjen pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve dhe m\u00eb pas vazhdoi me prezantimin e nj\u00eb pasqyre t\u00eb ecuris\u00eb s\u00eb Programit deri m\u00eb tani. \u00a0Workshopi u p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet nga z. Philip Weller, Sekretariati i IAWD-s\u00eb, i cili shprehu mb\u00ebshtetjen e IAWD-s\u00eb p\u00ebr HUB Benchmarking.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb workshopit u k\u00ebrkua q\u00eb \u00e7do koordinator nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizme t\u00eb prezantonte nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb hedhjes s\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr krahasim dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim, diskutimin shpjegues mbi variablat e caktuara, interpretimin dhe analiz\u00ebn individuale t\u00eb draft raporteve t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit, t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive q\u00eb mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb ushtrimin e benchmarking p\u00ebr vitin 2016 (Ndarjen e zbulimeve paraprake, Diskutimi interaktiv \/ Shk\u00ebmbimi i njohurive dhe p\u00ebrvojave \/ Pyetje p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit mbi sakt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe vlefshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave). \u00a0Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse diskutuan p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb hasura gjat\u00eb hedhjes s\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe gjenerimin e grafik\u00ebve dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb tjera teknike gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb platform\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fund t\u00eb workshopit, u hartuan disa rekomandime dhe konkluzione q\u00eb do t\u00eb diskutohen n\u00eb aktivitetet e ardhshme t\u00eb programit.<\/p>\n

On 1st<\/sup> of November, prior to the Conference, SHUKOS and SHUKALB, in collaboration with the International Water Association of the Danube River Catchment Area (IWAD) and the European Benchmarking Cooperation (EBC), organized a regional workshop within the framework of the Joint Benchmarking HUB program, at the Emerald Hotel, Prishtina, Kosova.<\/p>\n

The objective of this workshop was to exchange knowledge and experience on benchmarking among the Water and Wastewater Companies in Kosova and Albania in an effort to improve the water and wastewater services in the region, by learning from one another and advancing standardized mechanisms in the sector.<\/p>\n

The workshop was attended by the representatives of the participating water utilities on the Benchmarking HUB (Tirana, Durres, Vlore, Shkoder, Prishtina, Peja Mitrovica, Ferizaj and Gjilan), as well as representatives of SHUKALB, SHUKOS, IWAD.<\/p>\n

The workshop was opened by Nadire Vitija, the HUB Coordinator who welcomed the participants and presented an overview of the progress of the Program so far.\u00a0 The Workshop was greeted by Mr. Philip Weller, Technical Secretariat of IAWD, who expressed IAWD\u2019s support for the Benchmarking HUB.<\/p>\n

During the workshop, each water utility coordinator presented a summary of the process of data entry for comparison and improvement. This was followed by a session of discussion on certain variables, as well as interpretation and analysis of individual service draft reports by each coordinator of the services that participated in benchmarking exercise for 2016 (Separation of Preliminary Findings, Interactive Discussion \/ Exchange of Knowledge and Experiences \/ Questions for Participants on Accuracy and Validity of Data).\u00a0 The participating water utilities discussed on different issues encountered during the data entry and generation of graphs and other technical issues while using the platform.<\/p>\n
