Takimi i 2-t\u00eb i Bordit K\u00ebshillues dhe Workshopi i 2-t\u00eb i projektit “Sh\u00ebrbime K\u00ebshilluese p\u00ebr Menaxhimin e Aseteve p\u00ebr Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Juglindore” u organizuan n\u00eb Zagreb, Kroaci m\u00eb 13 dhe 14 dhjetor 2017. \u00a0T\u00eb dy takimet kishin p\u00ebr synim t\u00eb ndanin rezultatet e faz\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb projektit si dhe aktivitetet e planifikuara n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen, me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e shoqatave uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime nga Shqip\u00ebria, Serbia, Mali i Zi, Bosnja dhe Hercegovina, si dhe me disa nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizim pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs t\u00eb Projektit.\u00a0 Diskutimi u p\u00ebrqendrua n\u00eb sfidat e hasura n\u00eb implementimin e Programit, si dhe m\u00ebnyrat p\u00ebr t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcyer pengesat drejt p\u00ebrfitimeve dhe ndikimit m\u00eb t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime. \u00a0SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb k\u00ebto takime nga Jonida Ahmeti, Menaxhere Projekti.<\/p>\n

Ky projekt \u00ebsht\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur nga Ministria Federale e Gjermanis\u00eb p\u00ebr Bashk\u00ebpunim dhe Zhvillim Ekonomik (BMZ) p\u00ebrmes Organizat\u00ebs Gjermane p\u00ebr Bashk\u00ebpunim Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar (GIZ), Nd\u00ebrmarrjes Hydro-Comp nga Qipro dhe Ministris\u00eb Federale t\u00eb Financave t\u00eb Austris\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Shoqat\u00ebn Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kompanive t\u00eb Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb t\u00eb Basenit t\u00eb Lumit Danub (IAWD). \u00a0Q\u00ebllimi kryesor i Projektit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb forcoj\u00eb kapacitetet e shoqatave uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime dhe shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsve n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Juglindore p\u00ebr aktivitetet e Menaxhimit t\u00eb Integruar t\u00eb Aseteve p\u00ebrmes trajnimit, mb\u00ebshtetjes dhe ofrimit t\u00eb softuer\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm dhe metodologjive m\u00eb t\u00eb mira n\u00eb praktik\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Roli i SHUKALB n\u00eb takimin e Bordit K\u00ebshillues \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb k\u00ebshilla p\u00ebr implementimin e suksessh\u00ebm t\u00eb Projektit. \u00a0P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, SHUKALB po eksploron mund\u00ebsit\u00eb me organizator\u00ebt e projektit, p\u00ebr zgjerimin e k\u00ebtij projekti p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, pasi Menaxhimi i Aseteve konsiderohet me prioritet t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ku programi aktual i trajnimit po vazhdon t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb kritike t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive\u00a0uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime.[:en]

The 2nd<\/sup> Advisory Board Meeting and 2nd<\/sup> Workshop of the \u201cAsset Management Advisory Services to Water Utilities in SEE\u201d Project took place in Zagreb, Croatia on 13 and 14 December 2017. \u00a0Both meetings aimed to share the achievements of the first stage of the Project as well as the future planned activities, among the representatives of Water Utility Associations from Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as some of the water utilities already part of the Project. The discussion was focused on the challenges raised on the implementation of the Program, as well as, ways to overcome the obstacles towards greater benefits and impact for the participating Water Utilities. SHUKALB was represented to these meetings by Jonida Ahmeti, Project Manager.<\/p>\n

This project has been supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) through the German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ), Hydro-Comp Enterprise from Cyprus and the Federal Ministry of Finance of Austria in cooperation with the International Association of Water Supply Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD).\u00a0 The main purpose of the Project is to strengthen the capacities of water utility associations and water utilities in South East Europe for Integrated Asset Management (IAM) activities through training, support, and the provision of appropriate software and best-practice methodologies.<\/p>\n

The role of SHUKALB on the Advisory Board Meeting is to provide advice on the successful implementation of the Project. \u00a0In addition, SHUKALB is exploring the options, with the Project organizers, to extend this Project to include Albania, since Asset Management is considered high priority for the utilities in Albania, where the current training program is continuing to be developed in this critical area of utility management.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
