Trajnimi u ndoq nga stafi i shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs, Devollit, Tepelen\u00ebs dhe Lezh\u00ebs dhe u drejtua nga trajnerja Mirela Ujkani, Pedagoge e Menaxhimit pran\u00eb Fakultetit t\u00eb Ekonomis\u00eb, Universiteti i Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Kursi i trajnimit trajtoi parimet themelore t\u00eb menaxhimit financiar, dhe i drejtohet menaxher\u00ebve jo-financiar\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime. \u00a0Disa nga temat specifike q\u00eb mbuloi kursi i trajnimit p\u00ebrfshinin: koston e sh\u00ebrbimit, vendosja e tarifave, planifikimi i kapitalit, identifikimi i proceseve t\u00eb menaxhimit financiar, analiza e performanc\u00ebs financiare t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb s\u00eb ujit, raportin e likuiditetit dhe analiz\u00ebn kosto-p\u00ebrfitim.<\/p>\n

In the framework of the Joint Training Program, on 18 – 19 December 2017, in Tirana, SHUKALB delivered the two day training course \u201cFinancial Management for Non- Financial Managers\u201d. \u00a0The training course was attended by the staff of water supply and sewerage utilities of Vlora, Devoll, Tepelena and Lezha, and it was delivered by trainer Mirela Ujkani, Lecturer of Management from the Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana.<\/p>\n

The training course addressed fundamental principles of financial management, and it targets the non-financial managers of water and wastewater utilities.\u00a0 Some of the specific topics covered by the training course included: cost of service, tariff setting, capital planning, identification of financial management processes, analysis of water company\u2019s financial performance, liquidity ratio, and cost-benefit analysis.<\/p>\n

The value of this training course is that it provides the managers with the necessary knowledge on the financial aspects of the water and wastewater utility, for a better decision making process.\u00a0 This was also made clear by the direct \u00a0feedback received from the participants.\u00a0 \u00a0Bora Kolbucaj, Head of Finance Department at the \u00a0Lezha Water Supply and Sewerage Company expressed: \u201cThis training was very useful.
