Gjat\u00eb vitit 2017, SHUKALB, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me SHUKOS (Shoqata e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsve dhe Kanalizimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs), implementuan me sukses Programin e P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb Trajnimit duke zhvilluar n\u00eb total 15 kurse trajnimi, ku mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb stafi i shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime shqiptare dhe kosovare, me trajner\u00eb nga t\u00eb dyja vendet.\u00a0 Ne jemi t\u00eb vendosur dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar q\u00eb ta vazhdojm\u00eb Programin e P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb Trajnimit n\u00eb vitin 2018, duke planifikuar dh\u00ebnien e jo m\u00eb pak se 15 kurseve t\u00eb trajnimit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebn, duke iu p\u00ebrgjigjur k\u00ebshtu nevojave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime an\u00ebtare p\u00ebr zhvillimin e kapaciteteve.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb frym\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebpunimit t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb Trajnimit, SHUKALB u an\u00ebtar\u00ebsua n\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebn Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kompanive t\u00eb Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb t\u00eb Basenit t\u00eb Lumit Danub (IAWD) dhe s\u00eb bashku me SHUKOS n\u00eb vitin 2017, iu bashkuan Partneritetit t\u00eb Danubit (D-LeaP) e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb e udh\u00ebhequr nga IAWD q\u00eb synon t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb programe p\u00ebr ngritjen e kapaciteteve p\u00ebrmes bashk\u00ebpunimit me shoqatat uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb rajonin e Danubit, me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe kanalizimeve n\u00eb rajonin e Danubit. \u00a0N\u00eb vitin 2018, SHUKALB n\u00eb partneritet me SHUKOS planifikojn\u00eb t\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb 4 (kat\u00ebr) programe ku p\u00ebrfshihen Benchmarking; Efi\u00e7enca Komerciale; Efi\u00e7enca e Energjis\u00eb dhe Reduktimi i Ujit pa t\u00eb Ardhura.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb lidhje me Programin e Certifikimit t\u00eb Operator\u00ebve Bazuar n\u00eb Testim p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, SHUKALB, p\u00ebrmes projektit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb financuar nga USAID, “Zhvillimi i Q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm i Kapaciteteve t\u00eb Sektorit t\u00eb Ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri”, po vazhdon pun\u00ebn s\u00eb bashku me ministrin\u00eb e linj\u00ebs p\u00ebr sektorin e ujit, Ministrin\u00eb e Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Energjis\u00eb, si partner kryesor p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar kuadrin ligjor dhe institucional t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb Certifikimit t\u00eb Operator\u00ebve Bazuar n\u00eb Testim. \u00a0M\u00eb shum\u00eb progres n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim pritet t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 2018.<\/p>\n

Skuadra SHUKALB<\/em>[:en]As we prepare to step into the New Year, we would like to use the opportunity and wish our members, supporters and friends of SHUKALB, a Happy, Prosperous and Healthy New Year in 2018.\u00a0 The success that our Association enjoyed this past year could not have been achieved without the support, encouragement and willing participation of a wide variety of stakeholders in the water supply and sewerage sector of Albania and the Western Balkans.<\/p>\n During 2017, SHUKALB, in cooperation with SHUKOS (the Water and Wastewater Works Association of Kosova, successfully implemented the Joint Training Program by delivering a total of 15 training courses, attended by the staff of the Albanian and Kosova water utilities, with trainers coming from both countries.\u00a0 We are determined and committed to continue the Joint Training Program in 2018, by scheduling the delivery of no less than 15 training courses across Albania and Kosova, thus responding to the capacity development needs of our member water supply and wastewater utilities.<\/p>\n In the spirit of the successful cooperation under the Joint Training Program, SHUKALB became a member of the International Association of Water Utilities in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD) and together with SHUKOS joined in 2017 the Danube Learning Partnership (D-LeaP), which is an initiative led by IAWD that aims to provide capacity building programs through cooperation with water associations in the Danube region, in order to improve water supply and sewerage services in the Danube region.\u00a0 In 2018, SHUKALB in partnership with SHUKOS plan to offer 4 (four) programs to include Utility Benchmarking; Commercial Efficiency; Energy Efficiency and Non-Revenue Water Reduction.<\/p>\n In regard of the Test-based Operator Certification Program for Albania, SHUKALB, through its USAID funded project \u201cSustainable Water Sector Capacity Development in Albania”, is continuing the work together with the line ministry for the water sector, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, as the main partner to establish the legal and institutional framework of the Test-based Operator Certification Program. \u00a0More progress in this direction is expected during the beginning of 2018.<\/p>\n The Annual Balkans Joint Conference and Exhibition, which was organized in Prishtina, on 1, 2, 3, November 2017, proved again to be the major knowledge sharing and networking event in the Western Balkans water sector. The Conference hit yet another record by attracting an audience of over 450 participants.
