N\u00eb dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb workshopit, q\u00eb u mbajt n\u00eb Hotel Bonita, Durr\u00ebs, grupi i koordinator\u00ebve t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse n\u00eb program, mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb ushtrim ku u njoh\u00ebn me raportin final t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn perfomanca n\u00eb disa fusha si treguesit financiar\u00eb, ekonomik\u00eb dhe teknik\u00eb, krahasohej me shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e tjera n\u00eb program, si dhe me mesataren e shoq\u00ebrive t\u00eb huaja q\u00eb jan\u00eb marr\u00eb si referenc\u00eb. \u00a0N\u00eb vazhdim, koordinatorja e programit Nadire Vitija, prezantoi nj\u00eb mori krahasimesh q\u00eb ishin gjeneruar nga platforma EBC, si dhe demonstroi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyre praktike mund\u00ebsine e k\u00ebrkimeve dhe rezultateve q\u00eb mund t\u00eb gjenerohen nga platforma.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb pas, dy koordinator\u00ebt resepektiv\u00eb t\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrise Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Tiran\u00eb dhe Kompanis\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsi Rajonal Prishtin\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb interpretimin dhe analiz\u00ebn individuale t\u00eb raporteve finale t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive t\u00eb tyre sipas ushtrimit benchmarking n\u00eb vitin 2017 krahasuar me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr vitin 2016, i kombinuar me nj\u00eb diskutim interaktiv me pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Secili pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs u pajis me nj\u00eb USB q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbante t\u00eb gjitha raportet finale, metodologjin\u00eb dhe udh\u00ebzuesin e Bashk\u00ebpunimit Evropian p\u00ebr Benchmarking (EBC), dosjet dhe broshurat e programit, si dhe planin e aktiviteteve p\u00ebr vitin 2018 p\u00ebr Benchmarking HUB.\u00a0 Gjithashtu ata u njoftuan p\u00ebr fillimin e ciklit t\u00eb kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb programit gjat\u00eb vitit 2018.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fund t\u00eb workshopit, u hartuan disa rekomandime p\u00ebrfundimtare, si p\u00ebrgatitja e modeli unik raportimi me krahasimet q\u00eb prodhon platforma, p\u00ebrgatitja e planeve specifike p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmiresimin e performanc\u00ebs nga secila shoq\u00ebri, organizimi i takimeve me donator\u00eb dhe institucione vendimarr\u00ebse etj. \u00a0Rekomandimet dhe konkluzionet e nxjerra nga workshopi do t\u00eb diskutohen n\u00eb aktivitetet e ardhshme t\u00eb programit.<\/p>\n

Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb workshopit, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit zhvilluan nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ambjentet e Impiantit t\u00eb trajtimi te uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotura (ITUN) t\u00eb UK Durr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Programi i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt i Benchmarking HUB p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, organizohet nga SHUKALB dhe SHUKOS, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb Trajnimit dhe Partneritetit t\u00eb Danubit (D-LeaP), me mb\u00ebshtetjen e Shoqat\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kompanive t\u00eb Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb n\u00eb Basenin e Lumit t\u00eb Danub (IAWD).\u00a0 Q\u00ebllimi kryesor i programit \u00ebsht\u00eb angazhimi i shoq\u00ebrive UK n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e Benchmarking jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr monitorimin e performanc\u00ebs, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha si nj\u00eb mjet p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e saj, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet analizimit t\u00eb treguesve t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs ofruar nga platforma e Bashk\u00ebpunimit Evropian p\u00ebr Benchmarking (EBC).\u00a0 Gjithashtu, vet\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb do t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb krahasohen me shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb ngjashme n\u00eb rajon, dhe t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb nga praktikat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb gjith\u00ebsecilit.[:en]

The regional workshop for the 3rd<\/sup> cycle of the Joint Benchmarking HUB program for Kosovo and Albania was held on 25 and 26 January 2018, in Durres, Albania. \u00a0The two days workshop was attended by the coordinators of the participating water utilities in the Benchmarking HUB that include Tirana, Durres, Vlore, Shkoder, Prishtina, Peja Mitrovica, Ferizaj and Gjilan, along with representatives of SHUKALB and SHUKOS. Invited to attend were also other water utitlies that are not part of the program yet, from which the Kamza Water Supply and Sewerage Company was present.<\/p>\n

On the first day of the workshop, held at Hotel Bonita, Durres, the coordinators of participating utilities were engaged in an exercise were it was introduced the final report of their utility, in which the performance as per the financial, economical and technical indicators, was compared with those of other participating utilities, as well as with the average of the foreign utilities chosen as a reference. \u00a0In addition, the program coordinator, Nadire Vitija, presented several comparisons generated by the EBC platform and demonstrated in practice the way to conduct a research and to generate output by the platform.<\/p>\n

The second day of the workshop was hosted by the Durres Water Supply and Sewerage Company (Durres WSSC), at the premises of Durres Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the participants were welcomed by the Deputy Director of Durres WSSC, Mr. Kasem Bejko. \u00a0The workshop continued as per the agenda, with the program coordinator, Nadire Vitija, and the co-coordinator, Avni Dervishi, presenting a summary of comparison and improvement cycle of 2017 vs. 2016, along with the final reports and the results achieved in the program.\u00a0 This presentation was followed by a lively discussion among the participants, focused on specific variables that needed further clarification.<\/p>\n

In addition, two respective representatives of Tirana Water Supply and Sewerage Company and the Prishtina Regional Water Company described and analyzed the final reports of their respective companies as per the benchmarking exercise of year 2017 versus the 2016 data, and compared the reports with those of other participating utilities, combined with an interactive discussion with other participants.<\/p>\n

Each of the participants were provided with a USB stick containing all the final reports, the European Benchmarking Co-operation (EBC) methodologies and guidelines, program files and brochures, as well as the 2018 Activity Plan for the Benchmarking HUB. \u00a0They were informed as well regarding the start of the fourth cycle of the program during 2018.<\/p>\n

At the end of the workshop, some final recommendations were drawn, such as the preparation of a special reporting model, preparation of specific performance improvement plans by each utility, arrangement of several meetings with donors and decision-making institutions etc. \u00a0The recommendations and conclusions drawn at the workshop will be followed up in the next activities of the program.<\/p>\n

After the workshop, the participants made a visit at the Wastewater Treatment Plant of Durres WSSC facilities.<\/p>\n

The Joint Benchmarking HUB program for Albania and Kosovo is organized by SHUKALB and the SHUKOS, in the framework of the Joint Training Program and the Danube Learning Partnership (D-LeaP), with the support of the International Association of Water Utilities in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD).\u00a0 The main purpose of the Program is to engage water supply and sewerage companies in Albania and Kosovo in the usage of Benchmarking, not only for performance monitoring, but above all, as a tool for utility improvement through the analysis of performance indicators provided by the European Benchmarking Co-operation (EBC) platform.\u00a0 Utilities participating in the program have the possibility to compare themselves with similar water utility operating in the region, and learn from everyone\u2019s best practices.<\/p>\n
