M\u00eb 25 janar dhe m\u00eb 1 shkurt, SHUKALB zhvilloi nj\u00eb kurs t\u00eb Trajnimit t\u00eb Trajner\u00ebve (ToT). ToT u organizua n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit ” Zhvillimi i Q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm i Kapaciteteve t\u00eb Sektorit t\u00eb Ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri “, me mb\u00ebshtetjen financiare t\u00eb USAID. \u00a0ToT i drejtohej ekspert\u00ebve t\u00eb fush\u00ebs t\u00eb SHUKALB, t\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb procesin e zhvillimit t\u00eb kurseve t\u00eb trajnimit brenda projektit, dhe dh\u00ebnien e trajnimit n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb Trajnimit, i drejtuar nga SHUKALB n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me SHUKOS. \u00a0Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit ishin profesionist\u00eb nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebri, akademik\u00eb, si dhe konsulent\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur.<\/p>\n

Trajnimi u p\u00ebrgatit dhe u dha nga z. David Turner, s\u00eb bashku me z. Joshua Miekley dhe znj. Entela Kishta, ekspert\u00eb n\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb facilituese n\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnien p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur nga Organizata e Qendr\u00ebs Lincoln n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n

Objektivi i ToT-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pajisja e trajner\u00ebve t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm me aft\u00ebsi dhe njohuri mbi parimet dhe teknikat e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur, t\u00eb cilat mund t\u2019i p\u00ebrdorin gjat\u00eb dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb kurseve t\u00eb trajnimit t\u00eb zhvilluara nga Projekti. \u00a0Trajnimi p\u00ebrfshinte disa aktivitete individuale dhe n\u00eb grup p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit, si nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb demonstruar metodat e p\u00ebrfshirjes t\u00eb t\u00eb trajnuarve.<\/p>\n

Vlera e k\u00ebtyre programeve t\u00eb ToT-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar dh\u00ebnien efektive t\u00eb \u00e7do kursi trajnimi, pavar\u00ebsisht nga l\u00ebnda specifike. \u00a0T\u00eb jesh nj\u00eb trajner nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb vet\u00ebm me njohjen e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs, por po aq e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb dish si ta p\u00ebrcjell\u00ebsh at\u00eb njohuri dhe t\u00eb krijosh nj\u00eb mjedis m\u00ebsimor p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit.[:en]

On January 25th<\/sup> and on February 1st<\/sup>, SHUKALB delivered a Train of Trainers Course (ToT).\u00a0 The ToT was organized in the framework of the \u201cSustainable Water Sector Capacity Development\u201d Project, with the financial support of USAID.\u00a0 The ToT targeted SHUKALB\u2019s subject matter experts engaged in the training course development process within the Project, and the delivery of training in the framework of the Joint Training Program, run by SHUKALB in cooperation with SHUKOS. \u00a0The participants were professionals from water and wastewater utilities in Kosovo and Albania, academics, as well as freelance consultants.<\/p>\n

The training was prepared and delivered by Mr. David Turner, together with Mr. Joshua Miekley and Mrs. Entela Kishta, experts on facilitation skills for adult learners from the Lincoln Center Organization in Albania.<\/p>\n

The objective of the ToT is to equip the future trainers with skills and knowledge on adult learning principles and techniques, that they can use during the delivery of the training courses developed by the Project. \u00a0The training involved several individual and group activities for the participants as a way to demonstrate the methods of trainee involvement.<\/p>\n

The value of such ToT programs is quite critical to guaranteeing effective delivery of any training course, regardless of the specific subject.\u00a0 Being a trainer is not just about knowing the subject matter, but equally important, knowing how to pass that knowledge on, and creating a learning environment for the participants.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
