Zhvillimi i Q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm i Kapaciteteve t\u00eb Sektorit t\u00eb Ujit&#8221; i financuar nga USAID. \u00a0K\u00ebto trajnime (me nj\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje prej nj\u00eb deri n\u00eb dy dit\u00eb) synojn\u00eb rritjen e aft\u00ebsive n\u00eb aspekte t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb operimit dhe mir\u00ebmbajtjes t\u00eb sistemeve t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe kanalizimeve, si dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb menaxhimit dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Paralel me trajnimet e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme dhe n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb angazhimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb dy shoqatave p\u00ebr ngritjen e kapaciteteve n\u00eb sektor, SHUKALB dhe SHUKOS i jan\u00eb bashkuar Partneritetit t\u00eb Danubit (D-LeaP), dhe n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb saj, ata do t\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb gjat\u00eb vitit 2018 tre programe t\u00eb ngritjes s\u00eb kapaciteve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/D-LeaP_CE_0417.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eficenca Komerciale<\/a> (programi fillon n\u00eb mars)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/D-LeaP_EE_0417.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eficenca e Energjis\u00eb<\/a> (programi fillon n\u00eb prill)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/D-LeaP_NRW_0417.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reduktimi i Ujit pa t\u00eb Ardhura<\/a> (programi fillon n\u00eb maj)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>K\u00ebta programe synojn\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e performanc\u00ebs n\u00eb aspekte t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime. \u00a0Formati i k\u00ebtyre programeve \u00ebsht\u00eb i nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb form\u00ebn e tre (3) workshope-ve dy (2) ditor\u00eb, t\u00eb shtrir\u00eb p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb vitit. \u00a0Workshopet do t\u00eb mbahen pran\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie UK t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur, ku do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet dhe demonstrimi n\u00eb praktik\u00eb i temave specifike t\u00eb programit. \u00a0Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre workshopeve, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb analizojn\u00eb tregues t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb kompanis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre, dhe mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb nj\u00eb plan veprimi me objektiva specifik\u00eb, t\u00eb cilin kompania mund ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjet e nevojshme.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb informacion mbi 43 kurset e trajnimit t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb Trajnimit dhe programet D-LeaP mund t\u00eb klikoni n\u00eb linqet m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Katalogu-i-Trajnimeve-2018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Katalogu i Trajnimeve 2018<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Programet-D-LeaP.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Programet D-Leap<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[:en]<a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Training.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1270\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1270\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Training.jpg\" alt=\"Training\" width=\"194\" height=\"162\" \/><\/a>During 2017, SHUKALB in cooperation with SHUKOS undertook the Joint Training Program, delivering a total of 14 training courses, covering technical and managerial issues of the water and wastewater sector.\u00a0 The training courses were organized in Albania and Kosovo, with the participation of the staff of water supply and sewerage companies from both countries, and delivered by trainers from Albania and Kosovo.<\/p>\n<p>SHUKALB and SHUKOS are preparing to issue the training calendar for 2018, and as part of that preparation they have surveyed the water and wastewater utilities in Albania and Kosovo to assess their training needs.\u00a0 In support of that, SHUKALB has published for the first time the <a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Katalogu-i-Trajnimeve-2018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Training Catalogue of the Joint Training Program<\/a>, which includes 43 training courses that have been developed in the framework of the project &#8220;Sustainable Water Sector Capacity Development&#8221;
