Mirela Ujkani, Pedagoge e Menaxhimit pran\u00eb Fakultetit t\u00eb Ekonomis\u00eb, Universiteti i Tiran\u00ebs, dhe u ndoq nga stafi i Shoq\u00ebrive Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Tiran\u00eb, Shkod\u00ebr, Fier, Patos, P\u00ebrmet, Tepelen\u00eb, Peshkopi dhe Berat-Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB has kicked off the Joint Training Program for 2018 with the delivery of the \u201cFinancial Statements and Their Role in Decision Making\u201d Training Course, held on 15 and 16 March 2018, in Tirana, Albania.<\/p>\n

The training was delivered by PhD. Mirela Ujkani, Lecturer of Management from the Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana, and it was attended by the staff of Water Utilities of Tirana, Shkoder, Fier, Patos, Permet, Tepelena, Peshkopi, and Berat-Kucove.<\/p>\n

The training course was particularly important to water utilities at this moment, as March is the month when they submit their fiscal balance sheets to the General Directory of Taxes.<\/p>\n

The training course addressed different issues related to the whole set of financial statements and the information in each of them, the rules for the implementation of accounting policies, accounts receivable, bad debt expense, deferred tax, provisions, contingent assets and the cost of capital.<\/p>\n

In addition to the lecturing part of the course, the trainer engaged the participants in discussions around case studies presented in class, as well as in analyzing actual financial statements of water utilities.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
