In the workshop, Participants will learn how to identify operational hazards and how to plan, prepare and respond to these incidents for fast recovery in the event of a crisis or disaster. Please note that this workshop will not replace the participation in the D-LeaP Program \u201cWater Safety and Crisis Management: Business Continuity Essentials for Disaster Risk Management\u201d, but should promote the program among the participating utilities.<\/p>\n The training is tailor-made for staff of water utilities<\/strong>, but can be also attended by other water professionals depending on the available space.
