On 30 March, SHUKALB received at its offices a Hungarian expert delegation of representatives from the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority, Ministry for National Development, Szeged Waterworks Plc, Hungarian Water Utility Association, as well as the Embassy of Hungary in Tirana.\u00a0 The meeting was organized in the framework of a mission visit of the Hungarian delegation in Albania, to meet and exchange with the major water sector stakeholders on key issues of the sector as well as ongoing reforms.\u00a0 The delegation had prior met with representatives of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure of Albania, Albanian National Water Supply and Sewerage Agency (AKUK) and the Albanian Water Regulatory Authority.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB was represented at the meeting by Mrs. Elisabeta Poci, Deputy Executive Director, Mrs. Olta Ceca, Manager of Programs and Training and Mr. Alban Kushi, Manager of Member Services and Administration.\u00a0 The topics of discussion included current issues of the water sector and future perspectives of development, SHUKALB\u2019s activities and programs, the Balkans Joint Conference and Exhibition, Young Water Professionals, education and training programs, as well as cooperation possibilities.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
