The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania (SHUKALB) has received financing from the International Association of Water Supply Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD), under the Danube Water Program, toward the cost of implementing the Grant Project \u201cDeveloping a Pilot Distance Learning Program for ELearning Delivery in the Water Sector in Albania\u201d.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB intends to apply part of the proceeds for the services of a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support during the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the eLearning Course. The level of effort in the course of implementing the e-Learning Project allocated to this role is up to 35 days, and the timeframe of the Project is over a period of 5 months. More details about the required services are found in the Terms of Reference<\/a> document.<\/p>\n

The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania now invites eligible experts to indicate their interest in undertaking this assignment. Interested experts with the required qualifications and work experience must submit an Expression of Interest, along with their detailed CV, and a Financial Proposal (specifying the daily fee in euro for the tasks specified in the ToR<\/a> Document), to the below contacts.<\/p>\n
