Q\u00ebllimi kryesor i konferenc\u00ebs ishte studimi i opsioneve t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr “modernizimin” e rregullores s\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb ujit n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Maqedonis\u00eb, me q\u00ebllim promovimin e kompanive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme t\u00eb cilat mbrojn\u00eb mjedisin dhe nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb sigurta t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe rip\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotura n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Konferenc\u00eb mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb ndryshme te Maq\u00ebdonis\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb rajonti, si ministrit\u00eb e Maqedonis\u00eb, entet rregullatore t\u00eb ujit dhe energjis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Kosov\u00ebs, Bullgaris\u00eb, Rumanis\u00eb, shoq\u00ebri uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, shoqata t\u00eb ujit, partner\u00eb dhe aktor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb nga rajoni i Ballkanit dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb programin e konferenc\u00ebs nga Znj. Elisabeta Po\u00e7i, Z\u00ebvend\u00ebs Drejtore Ekzekutive, e cila ishte p\u00ebrzgjedhur si paneliste n\u00eb sesionin e 4-t, “Forcimi i kapaciteteve t\u00eb kompanive publike uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, eficiente dhe t\u00eb disponueshme t\u00eb ujit”.\u00a0 Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij sesioni, znj. Po\u00e7i ndau p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e SHUKALB n\u00eb zhvillimin dhe dh\u00ebnien e aktiviteteve t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb kapaciteteve, si dhe t\u00eb trajnimeve p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime an\u00ebtare t\u00eb tij. \u00a0N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, znj. Po\u00e7i ndau p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e SHUKALB n\u00eb implementimin e HUB-it t\u00eb programit Efi\u00e7ienca Komerciale t\u00eb D-LeaP. \u00a0P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, ajo gjithashtu ndau me pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit p\u00ebrpjekjet e SHUKALB n\u00eb zhvillimin dhe krijimin e programit t\u00eb Certifikimit Bazuar n\u00eb Testim n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, si nj\u00eb vizion afatgjat\u00eb p\u00ebr zhvillimin e nj\u00eb force pun\u00ebtore t\u00eb trajnuar dhe t\u00eb kualifikuar n\u00eb sektorin e uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizimeve.[:en]

On 23-25 April, the Association of Utility Service Providers of the Republic of Macedonia (ADKOM), jointly PCE Water supply and sewage Skopje and PCE Communal Hygiene Skopje organized the annual International Conference, \u201cWater and Waste – Reality and Challenges\u201c, in Ohrid, Macedonia.<\/p>\n

The main goal of the conference was to explore the various options that could be taken to “modernize” the regulation of the water sector in the Republic of Macedonia, in order to promote truly sustainable utility companies that protect the environment whilst ensuring services of safe water supply and waste water reuse at national level.<\/p>\n

The Conference was attended by the representatives of different institutions in Macedonia, as well as the region such as Macedonian ministries, water and energy regulatory authorities of Albania, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Romania, water utilities, water associations, partners and other stakeholders from the Balkans region and beyond.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB was represented in the conference program by Ms. Elisabeta Poci, Deputy Executive Director, who was featured as a panelist at the 4th<\/sup> panel session, \u201cStrengthening Capacities of the Public Utility Companies for Sustainable, Efficient and Available Water Services\u201d<\/em>.\u00a0 During this session, Ms. Poci shared the experience of SHUKALB in developing and delivering capacity development activities as well as trainings for its member water and sewerage utilities.\u00a0 In particular, Ms. Poci shared SHUKALB\u2019s experience in implementing the D-LeaP Commercial Efficiency HUB.\u00a0 In addition, she also shared with the participants SHUKALB\u2019s efforts in developing and establishing the Test-based Certification program in Albania, as a long term vision for developing a trained and qualified workforce in the water and sewerage sector.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
