SHUKALB dhe SHUKOS nis\u00ebn programin Efi\u00e7enca Komerciale t\u00eb D-LeaP me zhvillimin e workshopit t\u00eb par\u00eb, t\u00eb mbajtur m\u00eb 12 dhe 13 prill n\u00eb ambientet e Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Kor\u00e7\u00eb (UK Kor\u00e7\u00eb).\u00a0 Programi \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u zhvilluar n\u00eb partneritet me UK Kor\u00e7\u00eb, e cila ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion ambjentet e saj, duke ofruar k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi unike p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit t\u00eb shohin n\u00eb praktik\u00eb aspektet analitike t\u00eb efi\u00e7enc\u00ebs komerciale, si dhe aktivitete praktike n\u00eb terren lidhur me tem\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fund, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u njoh\u00ebn me hapat e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndjekur, si dhe me \u201cdetyrat e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb\u201d deri n\u00eb organizimin e workshopit t\u00eb rradh\u00ebs t\u00eb programit.\u00a0 Nj\u00eb aspekt inovativ i k\u00ebtij programi \u00ebsht\u00eb akademia mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse e D-LeaP, ku pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e regjistruar n\u00eb program kan\u00eb qasje p\u00ebr ta aksesuar online. \u00a0Akademia D-LeaP u ofron pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb rishikuar materialet e plota t\u00eb programit si dhe p\u00ebr t’u angazhuar n\u00eb diskutime me koleg\u00ebt dhe trajnuesit e tyre.<\/p>\n

D-LeaP \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb e udh\u00ebhequr nga Shoqata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Kompanive t\u00eb Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb n\u00eb Basenin e Lumit t\u00eb Danub (IAWD) e cila synon t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb programe p\u00ebr ngritjen e kapaciteteve n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet bashk\u00ebpunimit me shoqatat uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb rajonin e Danubit, me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe kanalizimeve n\u00eb rajonin e Danubit.[:en]

SHUKALB and SHUKOS kicked off the D-LeaP Commercial Efficiency program with the delivery of the first workshop, held on 12 and 13 April at the premises of Korca Water Supply and Sewerage Company (Korca WSSC).\u00a0 The program is delivered in partnership with Korca WSSC, which is acting as a host, providing this way a unique opportunity for the participants to see in practice the analytical aspects of commercial efficiency, as well as the practical field activities related to that.<\/p>\n

The program is being delivered by the water sector expert Elia Pendavinji, Commercial Director, Korca WSSC, in cooperation with Eng. Vangjush Lubonja, Distribution Network Manager, Korca WSSC.\u00a0 The participating utilities in this program are Vlora, Saranda, Permet and Prishtina.\u00a0 The first workshop was assisted by the Technical Partner of the program, Valu Add Management Services.<\/p>\n

On the first day of the workshop, participants were introduced to the first 5 modules of the program that include Introduction to Commercial Efficiency; Linking Commercial Efficiency to Business Planning; Current Performance Assessment; Defining Commercial Efficiency Strategic Goals <\/em>and Water Demand Analysis.\u00a0 <\/em>At the end of the 1st<\/sup> day the participants, under the guidance of the trainers, were engaged in a practical exercise on water balance, using the data of their own company.<\/p>\n

On the 2nd<\/sup> day, the trainers and participants engaged in a summary discussion on the lecture and topics presented during the first day, and continued with the practical exercise on water balance.\u00a0 After that, they conducted a field visit to the various premises of Korca WWSC such as the field wells, pumping station and reservoir, where they saw the whole cycle of drinking water production at Korca WSSC.<\/p>\n

In the end, the participants were introduced to the next steps to follow and got their \u201chome works\u201d to accomplish till the next workshop of the program. An innovative aspect of this program is the supporting D-LeaP Academy, where the participants registered in the program have access to.\u00a0 The D-LeaP Academy offers the participants the possibility to review the full program materials as well as engage in discussions with their peers and trainers.<\/p>\n

D-LeaP is an initiative led by the International Association of Water Utilities in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD) that aims to provide capacity building programs through cooperation with water associations in the Danube region, in order to improve water supply and sewerage services in the Danube region.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
