Kursi i tajnimit ” Sh\u00ebrbimi i Klientit dhe Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me Publikun<\/strong>” do t\u00eb zhvillohet m\u00eb 21-22 maj n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebri.\u00a0 Sh\u00ebrbimi i klientit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga funksionet kryesore t\u00eb \u00e7do shoq\u00ebrie uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime. The \u201cCustomer Service and Public Relations\u201d<\/strong> training course will be delivered on 21-22 May, in Tirana, Albania.\u00a0 Customer service is one of the key functions of any water supply and sewerage company.\u00a0 This training course emphasizes the role of customer service and public relations in the success of water supply and sewerage companies.\u00a0 The training course will address issues related to customer service principles, impact of organization and service personnel on the company\u2019s commercial performance, client database management, customer impressions and complaints, management of meter reading, billing and collection.<\/p>\n

This training course is valuable for the supervisors, specialists and operators of customer service, media and public relations, and meter reading departments.<\/p>\n

\"Humbjet<\/a>The \u201cWater Loss Management I & II<\/strong>\u201d training course will be delivered on 30-31 May, in Albania, and will provide participants with the basic knowledge for water loss monitoring and management. \u00a0Some of the key topics that will be adressed during the two days of the training course are Water Audit Methods, District Metering Area (DMA) management and Pressure Management.<\/p>\n

This training course is useful for the directors of technical and distribution departments, senior engineers, maintenance and measurement engineers, balance technicians, as well as billing and collection managers.<\/p>\n

\"Menaxhimi\"<\/a>The \u201cManagement\u201d<\/strong> training course will be delivered on\u00a007-08 June, in Tirana, Albania, and will address issues related to managers’ daily responsibilities such as communication, team building and management, problem solving, and decision-making. \u00a0The training course is particularly useful for general directors of water supply and sewerage companies, technical directors and managers.<\/p>\n

The \u201cLeakage Control\u201d<\/strong> training course will be delivered on 11 June, in Tirana, Albania.\u00a0 During this training course, participants will receive the basic knowledge on the leak management strategies development and their localization, as well as to explain the pressure management techniques and the designing method of District Metering Area (DMAs).\u00a0 The course is particularly valuable to the directors of technical and distribution department, chief engineers, maintenance and design engineers, as well as consultancy engineers.<\/p>\n

\"Menaxhimi<\/a>The \u201cPerformance Management through Benchmarking\u201d<\/strong> training course will be delivered on 18-19 June, and participants will be introduced to the necessary knowledge and skills to use the information collected and elaborated during the benchmarking process in order to improve the performance of their company. \u00a0This training course is valuable for leading managers and reporting specialists.<\/p>\n
