Me 25 maj 2018, Shoqata e Bashkive t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Fondacionin Hanns Siedel organizuan Takimin e Forumit Profesional t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimeve Publike.\u00a0 N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb takim mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb bashkive dhe shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime t\u00eb Elbasanit, Kamz\u00ebs, Vor\u00ebs, Vau i Dej\u00ebs dhe Mallakast\u00ebr.\u00a0 E ftuar n\u00eb takim ishte dhe Znj. Lindita Sotiri, K\u00ebshilltare pran\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Energjis\u00eb.\u00a0 SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb takim nga Z. Takimi u hap nga Z. Agron Haxhimali, Drejtor Ekzekutiv i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Bashkive t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, i cili p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeti t\u00eb pranishmit dhe m\u00eb pas ja la fjal\u00ebn Znj. Sotiri e cila prezantoi mbi reformat n\u00eb sektorin e ujit dhe situat\u00ebn aktuale, dhe organizimin administrativ te sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb.\u00a0 Gjat\u00eb prezantimit t\u00eb Znj. Sotiri u zhvillua nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebbisedim aktiv me pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit, ku vend t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb zun\u00eb vendosja e objektivave dhe indikator\u00ebt e performan\u00ebs p\u00ebr vitin 2018, p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, si dhe problematika specifike p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n

Si pjes\u00eb e axhend\u00ebs s\u00eb takimit, z. Kushi informoi t\u00eb pranishmit mbi pun\u00ebn e SHUKALB p\u00ebr ngritjen e kapaciteteve t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive UK si programi i kurseve t\u00eb trajnimit, programi i Partneritetit t\u00eb Danubit (D-LeaP), dhe n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti p\u00ebr programin e Certifikimit Bazuar n\u00eb Testim p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn aktualisht SHUKALB \u00ebsht\u00eb duke punuar s\u00ebbashku me Ministrin\u00eb e Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Energjis\u00eb p\u00ebr krijimin e kuadrit ligjor dhe institucional te k\u00ebtij programi.[:en]

On May 25, the Association of Albanian Municipalities (AAM) in cooperation with the Hanns Siedel Foundation organized a Professional Public Service Forum. \u00a0The forum was attended by representatives of municipalities and water utilities of Elbasan, Kamza, Vora, Vau i Dejes and Mallakastra. \u00a0Invited at the meeting was Ms. Lindita Sotiri, Advisor to the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy. \u00a0SHUKALB was represented at the meeting by Mr. Alban Kushi, Manager of Member Services and Administration.<\/p>\n

The meeting was opened by Mr. Agron Haxhimali, Executive Director of AAM, who welcomed the participants.\u00a0 After that, Ms. Sotiri continued with a presentation of the reform in the water sector and the current situation, and administrative organization of the water supply service.\u00a0 The presentation was followed by a lively discussion with participants, focusing mainly on the objectives and performance indicators set for 2018 for the water utilities, as well as on specific issues concerning the water utilities.<\/p>\n

As part of the meeting agenda, Mr. Kushi informed the participants on SHUKALB\u2019s work for capacity building at the water utility companies such as the training courses program, Danube Learning Partnership (D-LeaP) programs, and in particular on the Test-based Certification program that currently SHUKALB is working on, together with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, to establish the legal and institutional framework of this program.<\/p>\n
