Q\u00ebllimi i takimit ishte mbledhja e personave p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs t\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb nga secili prej vendeve pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs t\u00eb projektit, p\u00ebr t\u2019u ofruar nj\u00eb orientim t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm rreth projektit, modelin operacional t\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb, rolet kryesore dhe funksionet n\u00eb nivel rajonal dhe komb\u00ebtar, si dhe detyrat dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb kryesore t\u00eb personave p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs n\u00eb koordinimin e aktiviteteve t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse brenda RCDN-s\u00eb. \u00a0P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, t\u00eb gjitha aktivitetet e ardhshme t\u00eb projektit u diskutuan n\u00eb detaj.<\/p>\n

RCDN synon t\u00eb rris\u00eb efektivitetin dhe efi\u00e7enc\u00ebn e shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, duke kontribuar n\u00eb ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve m\u00eb t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr nj\u00eb num\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb grupeve t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb qasje n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet e furnizimit me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm dhe kanalizimeve dhe p\u00ebrmbushjen e standardeve mjedisore t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian.\u00a0 P\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur k\u00ebt\u00eb, RCDN ka tre komponent\u00eb kryesor\u00eb: 1) Zhvillimi i shoqat\u00ebs, 2) Oferta p\u00ebr zhvillimin e kapaciteteve dhe dh\u00ebnia, 3) Partneriteti dhe mund\u00ebsimin e mjedisit p\u00ebr zhvillimin e kapaciteteve.<\/p>\n

RCDN punon me Shoqatat e Qeverisjes Vendore dhe Shoqat\u00ebn Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime n\u00eb 6 vende t\u00eb projektit (Shqip\u00ebri, Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00eb, Kosov\u00eb, Maqedoni, Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe Serbi), nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfituesit final jan\u00eb menaxher\u00ebt e lart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mes\u00ebm nga kompanit\u00eb e sh\u00ebrbimeve komunale dhe rajonale dhe zyrtar\u00ebt p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs t\u00eb bashkive.\u00a0 Projekti menaxhohet nga GIZ, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb SECO dhe BMZ, dhe zbatohet nga nj\u00eb Ekip i Zbatimit t\u00eb Projektit i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga IAWD, Aquasan dhe NALAS.<\/p>\n

Foto nga projekti RCDN<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>[:en]The first Orientation Meeting for the Focal Points of the Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation Services Project took place on 16 \u2013 17 May, in Belgrade, Serbia. SHUKALB was represented at this meeting by Arbana Kola, Course Development Specialist for Water Supply and Treatment.<\/p>\n

The aim of the meeting was to gather the RCDN Focal Points from each of the countries part of the project, to provide overall orientation on the project, RCDN\u2019s operational model, key roles and functions at regional and national level as well as major tasks and responsibilities of Focal Points in coordinating the activities of their respective organization within RCDN. \u00a0In addition, all upcoming activities of the project were discussed in detail.<\/p>\n

RCDN aims to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the water utilities in the Western Balkans, contributing to better service provision with larger numbers of population groups getting access to drinking water and sanitation services and meeting the European Union (EU) environmental Acquis Communautaire. <\/em>To achieve this, RCDN has three key components: 1) Association Development, 2) Capacity Development Offer and Delivery and 3) Partnership and enabling Capacity Development Environment.<\/p>\n

RCDN works with Local Government Unit Associations (LGA) and Association of Public Utilities Companies (APUC) in 6 project countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia), while the final beneficiaries are the top and middle managers from municipal and regional utility companies and officers in charge in municipalities. The project is managed by GIZ, on behalf of SECO and BMZ, and is implemented by a Project Implementation Team consisted of IAWD, Aquasan and NALAS.<\/p>\n

Starting from June, Arbana Kola will represent SHUKALB in the RCDN project in her dual role as Focal Point, as well as Training Manager of SHUKALB.<\/p>\n
