Projekti Rrjeti Rajonal i Zhvillimit t\u00eb Kapaciteteve (RCDN) p\u00ebr Sh\u00ebrbimet e Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb dhe Kanalizimeve organizoi nj\u00eb trajnim kat\u00ebr ditor mbi “Ciklin dhe Standartet e Menaxhimit n\u00eb Dh\u00ebnien e Trajnimeve” n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebri, m\u00eb 26-29 qershor. \u00a0Grupi i synuar i kursit t\u00eb trajnimit ishin Personat P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs t\u00eb Shoqatave t\u00eb Qeverisjes Vendore dhe Shoqatave Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime n\u00eb 6 vende t\u00eb projektit (Shqip\u00ebri, Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00eb, Kosov\u00eb, Maqedoni, Mal i Zi dhe Serbi). \u00a0SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb trajnimi nga Arbana Kola, Menaxhere e Trajnimeve dhe Zhvillimit Profesional t\u00eb SHUKALB, si dhe Personi P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs n\u00eb projektin RCDN.<\/p>\n

Fokusi i trajnimit ishte rmbi zhvillimin e kapaciteteve dhe element\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb ciklit t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb trajnimeve t\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb, metodologjit\u00eb dhe standardet minimale t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb n\u00eb dh\u00ebnien e trajnimeve, si dhe shk\u00ebmbimi i p\u00ebrvojave dhe praktikave t\u00eb mira n\u00eb dh t\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb dh\u00ebnien trajnimeve.[:en]

The Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation Service project organized a four day training on \u201cManagement Cycle and Standards in Delivery of Trainings\u201d in Tirana, Albania, on 26-29 June. \u00a0The target group of the training course were the Focal Points of Local Government Unit Associations (LGA) and Associations of Public Utilities Companies (APUC) in 6 project countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia). \u00a0SHUKALB was represented at the training by Arbana Kola, Manager of Training and Professional Development of SHUKALB, and the Focal Point at the RCDN project.<\/p>\n

The focus of the training was on capacity development and key elements of the RCDN training management cycle, RCDN minimum methodological and quality standards of training delivery, and exchange of experiences and good practices on training delivery.<\/p>\n
