Me asistenc\u00ebn teknike q\u00eb SHUKALB i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb MIE-s\u00eb, p\u00ebrmes projektit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb financuar nga USAID \u201cZhvillimi i Q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm i Kapaciteteve n\u00eb Sektorin e Ujit<\/em>\u201d, Ministria ka rishikuar Manualin Teknik t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb Certifikimit dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb duke hartuar kuadrin ligjor p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur krijimin e nj\u00eb programi t\u00eb institucionalizuar certifikimi t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb testimt.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, MIE organizoi me dat\u00eb 21 qershor 2018, n\u00eb ambjentet e saj, nj\u00eb takim me Grupin e Pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr Certifikimin dhe Grupin K\u00ebshillimor Teknik, me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve nga Enti Rregullator i Ujit, Agjensia Komb\u00ebtare e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve, Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime dhe Shoqata e Bashkive t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.\u00a0 Q\u00ebllimi i takimit ishte rishikimi dhe diskutimi i drafteve t\u00eb Manualit Teknik dhe dokumentacionit ligjor p\u00ebr themelimin e Programit t\u00eb Certifikimit Bazuar n\u00eb Testim.<\/p>\n

Sipas rendit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs, Znj. Elisabeta Poci, Z\u00ebvend\u00ebs Drejtore e SHUKALB, dhe Menaxhere e Projektit, prezantoii element\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb Certifikimit bazuar n\u00eb Testim.\u00a0 N\u00eb vazhdim, Znj. Lindita Sotiri, k\u00ebshilltare e Ministrit, dhe nj\u00ebkohesisht Kryetare e Grupit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs, ndau korniz\u00ebn ligjore dhe institucionale t\u00eb hartuar nga Ministria p\u00ebr Programin e Certifikimit.<\/p>\n

Reagimi nga pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit gjat\u00eb takimit, si dhe komentet e marra pas takimit do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr t\u00eb finalizuar t\u00eb dy aspektet teknike t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb Certifikimit t\u00eb Bazuar n\u00eb Testim, si dhe aspektet ligjore dhe institucionale t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n

As part of the commitment to increase capacities in the water supply and sewerage sector, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy (MIE) of Albania has re-launched the work for developing and establishing a national training and Test-Based Certification Program for the staff of water supply and sewerage utilities.<\/p>\n

With the technical assistance that SHUKALB has provided to MIE, through its USAID funded project “Sustainable Water Sector Capacity Development<\/em>“, the Ministry has reviewed the Technical Manual of the Certification Program and is drafting the legal framework for supporting the establishment of an institutionalized Test-Based Certification Program.<\/p>\n

In this framework, MIE organized on 21 June, at its premises, a meeting with the Working Group on Certification and the Technical Advisory Group, with the participation of representatives from the Albanian Water Regulatory Authority, the National Water Supply and Sewerage Agency, Water Supply and Sewerage Companies, as well as the Association of Municipalities of Albania.\u00a0 The purpose of the meeting was to review and discuss upon the drafts of the Technical Manual and the legal documentation for the establishment of the Test-Based Certification Program.<\/p>\n

As per the agenda, Ms. Elisabeta Poci, Deputy Director of SHUKALB, and Manager of the Project presented the key elements of the Test-based Certification Program.\u00a0 In addition, Ms. Lindita Sotiri, adviser to the Minister, and in the same time Chair of the Working Group, shared the legal and institutional framework drafted by the Ministry for the Certification Program.<\/p>\n

The feedback from the participants during the meeting, as well as the comments received after the meeting will be used to finalize both the technical aspects of the Test-Based Certification Program as well as the legal and institutional aspects of it.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
