M\u00eb 19 korrik, n\u00eb Hotel Xheko Imperial, Tiran\u00eb, SHUKALB organizoi nj\u00eb ceremoni p\u00ebr certifikimin e mbi 30 trajner\u00ebve nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe Kosova. \u00a0Ceremonia u organizua n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit t\u00eb SHUKALb t\u00eb financuar nga USAID “Zhvillimi i Q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm i Kapaciteteve t\u00eb Sektorit t\u00eb Ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri”, ku si pjes\u00eb e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs mbi 30 ekspert\u00eb lokal\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e zhvillimit t\u00eb kurseve t\u00eb trajnimit kan\u00eb ndjekur kursin e Trajnimit te Trajner\u00ebve (ToT) i organizuar nga Projekti. \u00a0Q\u00ebllimi i ToT-s\u00eb ishte pajisja e ekspert\u00ebve lokal\u00eb me teknikat e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr trajnimin e t\u00eb rriturve.<\/p>\n

Ekspert\u00ebt lokal\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb ToT-n\u00eb aktualisht jan\u00eb duke vazhduar pun\u00ebn me SHUKALB si trajner\u00eb p\u00ebr kurset e trajnimit q\u00eb SHUKALB ka zhvilluar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Projektit dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb sipas kalendarit vjetor t\u00eb trajnimit. \u00a0Trajner\u00ebt vijn\u00eb nga eksperienca t\u00eb ndryshme duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb akademin\u00eb, konsulent\u00eb, si dhe shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime. \u00a0Nga ky grup trajner\u00ebsh, 5 prej tyre jan\u00eb nga Kosova dhe jan\u00eb duke u angazhuar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb Trajnimit nd\u00ebrmjet SHUKALB dhe SHUKOS.<\/p>\n

On 19 July, at Hotel Xheko Imperial, Tirana, SHUKALB organized a ceremony to certify over 30 trainers from Albania and Kosovo.\u00a0 The ceremony was organized in the framework of SHUKALB\u2019s USAID funded Project \u201cSustainable Water Sector Capacity Development in Albania\u201d, as part of which over 30 local experts who have been part of the development of training courses took the Train of Trainers (ToT) course delivered by the Project.\u00a0 The ToT\u2019s aim was to equip the local experts with adult learning techniques that are needed to train adults.<\/p>\n

The local experts that have taken the ToT are now continuing the work with SHUKALB as trainers for the training courses that SHUKALB has developed in the framework of the Project, and is delivering following its annual training calendar. The trainers come from different backgrounds to include academia, consultants, as well as water utilities.\u00a0 Out of this group of trainers, 5 of them are from Kosovo, and they are being engaged under the Joint Training Program between SHUKALB and SHUKOS.<\/p>\n

After the opening of the ceremony by Ms. Elisabeta Poci, Deputy Executive Director of SHUKALB, the participants were greeted by Deputy Minister of Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, Mr. Hantin Bonati, the Country Representative for USAID Albania, Ms. Catherine Johnson, as well SHUKALB\u2019s President Mr. Petrit Tare.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
