Nj\u00eb aspekt inovativ i programit t\u00eb Efi\u00e7ienc\u00ebs Komerciale ishte platforma mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse online, D-LeaP Academy, e cila ishte e aksesueshme p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e regjistruar. \u00a0D-LeaP Academy u ofroi pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb aksesuar t\u00eb gjitha materialet e programit si dhe p\u00ebr t’u angazhuar n\u00eb diskutime me koleg\u00ebt dhe trajner\u00ebt e tyre.<\/p>\n

D-LeaP \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb e udh\u00ebhequr nga Shoqata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Kompanive t\u00eb Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb n\u00eb Basenin e Lumit t\u00eb Danub (IAWD) e cila synon t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb programe p\u00ebr ngritjen e kapaciteteve n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet bashk\u00ebpunimit me shoqatat uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb rajonin e Danubit, me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe kanalizimeve n\u00eb rajonin e Danubit.[:en]

SHUKALB and SHUKOS completed successfully the 3rd<\/sup> and the final workshop of the D-LeaP Commercial Efficiency program, which was held on 6th<\/sup> of July, at the premises of Korca Water Supply and Sewerage Company (Korca WSSC).<\/p>\n

The program has been delivered in partnership with Korca WSSC, which hosted the participants during the 3 (three) workshops of the program, providing a unique opportunity for them to see in practice the analytical aspects of commercial efficiency, as well as the practical field activities related to that.<\/p>\n

The program was delivered by the water sector expert Elia Pendavinji, Commercial Director, Korca WSSC, in cooperation with Eng. Vangjush Lubonja, Distribution Network Manager, Korca WSSC.\u00a0 The participating water utilities were Vlora, Saranda, Permet and Prishtina.<\/p>\n

The topics covered during the 3rd<\/sup> workshop were focused on determining revenue needs and developing the tariff strategy.\u00a0 Part of the in-class training included also a practical exercise on delays\/ debts, as well as interactive discussions among the participants.<\/p>\n

After the completion of the classroom lecture, the participants conducted a field visit where they were introduced to a practical demonstration of water meters installation, as well as automatic reading of meters.<\/p>\n

An innovative aspect of the Commercial Efficiency program was the online supporting platform, the D-LeaP Academy, which was accessible for the registered participants. \u00a0The D-LeaP Academy offered the participants the possibility to review the full program materials as well as engage in discussions with their peers and trainers.<\/p>\n

D-LeaP is an initiative led by the International Association of Water Utilities in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD) that aims to provide capacity building programs through cooperation with water associations in the Danube region, in order to improve water supply and sewerage services in the Danube region.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
