Kursi i trajnimit “Menaxhimi i Performanc\u00ebs n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Benchmarking” u zhvillua n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb m\u00eb 2 dhe 3 korrik dhe u ndoq nga stafi i shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime t\u00eb Cerrrikut dhe Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, si dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb Entit Rregullator t\u00eb Ujit.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB successfully delivered two more training courses during July 2018, \u201cPerformance Management through Benchmarking\u201d and \u201cManagement\u201c.<\/p>\n

The \u201cPerformance Management through Benchmarking\u201d training course was delivered in Tirana on 2 and 3 July, and was attended by the staff of water supply and sewerage utilities of Cerrrik and Korce, as well as representatives from Albanian Water Regulatory Authority.<\/p>\n

This training course was delivered by the trainer Daniela Gega of Valu Add Management Services.<\/p>\n

The training course introduced participants with topics such as Performance Assessment Basics, Data Acquisition and Validation, Data Analysis and Assessment Reporting, Indicators Trend Analysis, Performance Improvement Action and Implementation of Improvement Initiatives.\u00a0 <\/em>The training was delivered through a combination of theoretical modules with interactive exercises and sessions among the participants.<\/p>\n

The second training course \u201cManagement\u201c was delivered on 12 and 13 July in Tirana, by trainer Arian Gjorga, Consultant and Expert in Management, and it was attended by the directors and department managers from water utilities of Berat-Ku\u00e7ove, Tepelene, Cerrik, Himare, Peqin, Gjilan, Mitrovice and Peje.<\/p>\n

The training course addressed issues related to the daily responsibilities of managers such as communication, team building, problem solving, decision making, and introduced participants to topics such as Communication Planning and Skills, Management Styles, Leadership Skills, Human Relations, Resolving Conflicts and Financial Management<\/em>.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
