Romana Vlahutin, Kryetari i Bashkis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, z. Dritan Leli, si dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb ftuar t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.\u00a0 P\u00ebrpara nisjes s\u00eb ceremonis\u00eb autoritetet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar nga drejtori i UK Vlor\u00eb, z. On 8 July 2018, Vlora Water Supply and Sewerage Company (Vlora WSSC) organized the inauguration ceremony of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, an investment funded by the European Union with a total value of 15 million Euros. \u00a0The Municipality of Vlora is the primary beneficiary of this important investment which will protect the environment and the sea, and will support a successful tourist season.<\/p>\n

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. Edi Rama, Prime Minister of Albania, Ms. Romana Vlahutin, EU Ambassador to Albania and Mr. Dritan Leli, Mayor of Vlora, as well as many other guests. \u00a0Prior to the start of the ceremony, the high level guests accompanied by the director of Vlora WSSC, Mr. Dorian Xhelili, visited several sectors of this facility, where they had the opportunity to take a closer look at the operation of the plant, as well as the latest technology used.<\/p>\n

The Mayor of Vlora, Mr. Dritan Leli delivered the welcome speech at the ceremony highlighting the importance of this investment that will best serve the tourist season. \u00a0The Prime Minister Edi Rama in his speech described the plant as a “very important infrastructure investment for the environment and tourism, while promoting a number of other investments that will be focused mainly on the sewerage network in the city and in the administrative units of Vlora Municipality.<\/p>\n

In her speech, the EU Ambassador to Albania, Ms. Romana Vlahutin, stressed that this investment will enable the development of an elite tourism in Vlora. \u00a0At the end of the ceremony, Ambassador Vlahutin closed the ceremony by taking a photo with the director of Vlora WSSC, Mr. Dorian Xhelili and some of the staff of the wastewater treatment plant.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
