Projekti Rrjeti Rajonal i Zhvillimit t\u00eb Kapaciteteve (RCDN) p\u00ebr Sh\u00ebrbimet e Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb dhe Kanalizimeve organizoi m\u00eb 18-19 shtator 2018, n\u00eb Shkup, Maqedoni, trajnimin “Lobimi dhe advokimi; P\u00ebrgatitja e letrave t\u00eb pozicionit”. \u00a0RCDN \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb po implementohet nga Fondi i Hapur Rajonal i GIZ (ORF), dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u financuar nga Qeverit\u00eb e Zvicr\u00ebs dhe Gjermanis\u00eb.\u00a0 Projekti ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim krijimin e nj\u00eb Rrjeti p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve Rajonale t\u00eb vet\u00ebq\u00ebndrueshme dhe SHUKALB \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga p\u00ebrfituesit e projektit s\u00eb bashku me shoqata t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ujit dhe shoqatat e qeverisjes vendore n\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n

Objektivi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i trajnimit ishte p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i kapaciteteve t\u00eb Shoqatave t\u00eb Qeverisjes Vendore dhe Shoqatave Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime q\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb projekt, n\u00eb lidhje me lobimin dhe advokimin, p\u00ebrgatitjen e dokumenteve t\u00eb politikave, dokumentet strategjike dhe rekomandimet e politikave .<\/p>\n

Trajnimi u fokusua n\u00eb tema t\u00eb tilla si parimet themelore t\u00eb advokimit dhe lobimit dhe ndryshimi midis tyre; mjetet p\u00ebr advokim dhe lobim; advokimi i zhvillimit t\u00eb kapaciteteve n\u00eb kontekstin e RCDN-s\u00eb, si dhe nevojat p\u00ebr zhvillimin e kapaciteteve p\u00ebr advokim t\u00eb shoqatave partnere. \u00a0Trajnimi nd\u00ebrthuri leksionet, rastet studimore, diskutimet dhe ndarjen e p\u00ebrvojave nga pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit rreth advokimit, si dhe ushtrime n\u00eb klas\u00eb, gj\u00eb q\u00eb mund\u00ebsoi hap\u00ebsira p\u00ebr pyetje dhe p\u00ebrgjigje dhe diskutime interaktive.[:en]

The Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) Project organized on 18-19 September 2018, in Skopje, Macedonia, the training \u201cLobbying and advocacy; Preparation of position papers\u201c.\u00a0 \u00a0RCDN is a project that is being implemented by the GIZ-Open Regional Fund (ORF), and it is being financed jointly by the Swiss and German Governments.\u00a0 The project aims at establishing a Self-Sustaining Regional Capacity Development Network, and SHUKALB is one of the beneficiaries of the project together with other water associations and associations of local government in the region.<\/p>\n

The overall objective of the training was to improve capacities of the Local Government Unit Associations (LGAs) and Association of Public Utility Companies (APUCs) participating in the project, with regards to lobbying and advocacy, preparation of policy papers, strategy papers and policy recommendations.<\/p>\n

The training was attended by the participants from the LGAs and APUCs of Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. \u00a0SHUKALB was represented at the training by Alban Kushi, Manager of Member Services and Administration.<\/p>\n

The training was delivered by the trainers Jasmina Trajkovski and Mirjana Apostolova, Trajkovski & Partners (T&P) Consulting \u2013 Skopje.<\/p>\n

The training focused on subjects such as basic principles of advocacy and lobbying and difference between them; tools for advocacy and lobbying; capacity development (CD) advocacy in the context of RCDN as well as CD advocacy needs of partner associations. \u00a0The training combined lectures, case studies, discussions and sharing of experiences from the participants on advocacy, as well as classroom exercises, which created space for questions and answers and interactive discussions.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
