Gjat\u00eb muajit tetor 2018, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, SHUKALB zhvilloi me sukses nj\u00eb prej kurseve kryesore t\u00eb tij t\u00eb trajnimit, “Planifikimi i Biznesit p\u00ebr P\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e Performanc\u00ebs”. \u00a0Ky kurs trajnimi filloi m\u00eb 5 tetor 2018 dhe u zhvillua n\u00eb 4 (kat\u00ebr) seanca t\u00eb ndara nj\u00eb-ditore<\/p>\n

Kursi i trajnimit u ndoq nga Menaxher\u00ebt e Financ\u00ebs, Menaxher\u00ebt Operacional\u00eb dhe Menaxher\u00ebt e Sh\u00ebrbimit ndaj Klientit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime Berat-Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb dhe Pogradec.<\/p>\n

During October 2018, in Tirana, SHUKALB successfully delivered one of its core training courses, \u201cBusiness Planning for Performance Improvement\u201d.\u00a0 This training course started on 5 October 2018 and it was delivered in 4 (four) separated one-day sessions.<\/p>\n

The training course was attended by the Managers of Finance, Managers of Technical Operations, and Managers of Customer Service from the Water and Wastewater Utilities of Berat-Kucove and Pogradec.<\/p>\n

The first session, on 5 October, was delivered by trainers Fjordi Bisha and Daniela Gega, consultants of Valu Add Management Services.\u00a0 During this session \u00a0was introduced the importance of business planning for Water Utilities in order to plan technical operations and determine their operational financing needs, as well as quantify and schedule the capital investments, in a sustainable and affordable way. Exercises and discussion were part of the training.<\/p>\n

The second session was delivered on 12 October, by Anri Dajko and Daniela Gega, trainers at Valu Add Management Services.\u00a0 During this session, the participants with the direct instruction from the trainers continued with the development of the Business Plan model in Excel and also were particularly engaged in developing specific parts of the Business Plan to include Water Demand Analysis \u2013 Water Loss and Performance Improvement Action Plans.<\/p>\n

On 19 October was delivered the third session of the training course by trainers Anri Dajko and Daniela Gega, Valu Add Management Services.\u00a0 During this session, the development of the Business Plan were particularly engaged in developing specific exercises such as \u201cAnalysis of the current organizational structure and staffing levels\u201d and \u201cOperational and Maintenance Cost forecast\u201d and \u201cBudget analyze and forecast\u201d<\/p>\n

The fourth and final session of the training course was delivered on 24 October by trainers Anri Dajko and Daniela Gega, Valu Add Management Services. \u00a0\u00a0This session addressed topics such as: Forecasting the needs for revenue, tariff structure and pricing strategy, the Business Plan improvement process and the main challenges faced during its development. \u00a0In addition to the theoretical part and class exercises, participants prepared the draft of their 5-year Business Plan model in Excel for their company.<\/p>\n

At the end of the training course, Elisabeta Poci, Deputy Executive Director of SHUKALB, together with the trainers distributed the certificates of attendance.<\/p>\n
