On 22-23 November 2018 SHUKALB delivered for the first time the training course titled \u201cGeneral Safety for Water and Wastewater Professionals\u201d.<\/p>\n

The training was delivered by Anila Gishti,Environmental Engineer and Work Safety Expert and was attended by the staff of water supply and sewerage utilities of Korca, Lezha, Kavaja, Shkodra and Permet.<\/p>\n

The training course covered topics such as Importance of Personal Safety at work, Types of Hazards, Chemical Safety, Traffic Safety, safety in the Confined Space,<\/em> and Electrical Equipment.<\/em><\/p>\n

The training included discussion and brainstorming on identification of hazards during the work, and the safety measures to be taken for preventing injuries and accidents.<\/p>\n
