Trajnimi u ndoq nga pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs nga tre shoqata: Shoqata Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb (SHUKALB), Shoqata e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsve dhe Kanalizimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (SHUKOS), dhe Shoqata e Ofruesve t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimeve Komunale t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb (ADKOM).<\/p>\n<p>TOT u drejtua nga kompania ECONOLER, Partneri Teknik p\u00ebr Programin Efi\u00e7enca e Energjis\u00eb, i kontraktuar nga Shoqata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Kompanive t\u00eb Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb n\u00eb Basenin e Lumit t\u00eb Danub (IAWD) n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Partneritetit t\u00eb Danubit (D-Leap).\u00a0 Trajnimi u dha nga Albert Williams, Inxhinier i Energjis\u00eb, nga Afrika e Jugut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Efi\u00e7enca e Energjis\u00eb n\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime&#8221; \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga programet e D-LeaP q\u00eb SHUKALB bashk\u00eb me SHUKOS jan\u00eb angazhuar s\u00ebbashku p\u00ebr t\u2019ua ofruar shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Kosov\u00eb, duke filluar nga janari 2019.\u00a0 Ky program p\u00ebr ngritjen e kapaciteteve \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga shtyllat e programeve t\u00eb trajnimit t\u00eb D-LeaP, q\u00eb targeton nj\u00eb grup t\u00eb caktuar procesesh brenda shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime q\u00eb operojn\u00eb n\u00eb Rajonin e Danubit.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb ToT tre (3) ditore, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit n\u00ebn drejtimin e trajnerit u njoh\u00ebn me tema t\u00eb tilla si<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Auditimi dhe Analiza e Energjis\u00eb s\u00eb Stacionit t\u00eb Pompave<\/li>\n<li>Analiza e Energjis\u00eb s\u00eb Stacionit t\u00eb Pompave me programin Retscreen<\/li>\n<li>Menaxhimi Strategjik i Energjis\u00eb dhe Planet e Veprimit t\u00eb Efi\u00e7enc\u00ebs s\u00eb Energjis\u00eb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Trajnimi ishte nj\u00eb kombinim i trajnimit n\u00eb klas\u00eb dhe pun\u00ebs n\u00eb terren. \u00a0Gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb trajnimit n\u00eb klas\u00eb, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u njoh\u00ebn me hyrjen n\u00eb Menaxhimin Strategjik t\u00eb Energjis\u00eb dhe Metodologjin\u00eb e Auditimit t\u00eb Energjis\u00eb. \u00a0N\u00eb dit\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb trajnimit, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit, vizituan Stacionin e Pompave t\u00eb Fush\u00eb Kuqes, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbledhur t\u00eb dh\u00ebna nga pajisjet e instaluara atje.<\/p>\n<p>SHUKALB d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb falenderoj\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Durr\u00ebs p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsimin e mbajtjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij trajnimi dhe angazhimin e stafit t\u00eb tyre profesional.[:en]<figure id=\"attachment_2414\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2414\" style=\"width: 256px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/ToT_12_14_Dec-2018.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2414\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2414\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/ToT_12_14_Dec-2018-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Participants during the Training of Trainers Workshop of the Energy Efficiency Program Photo Credit: SHUKALB \" width=\"256\" height=\"192\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2414\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Participants during the Training of Trainers Workshop of the Energy Efficiency Program<\/em><br \/><em>Photo Credit: SHUKALB<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n<p>The Training of Trainers (ToT) of the D-LeaP Energy Efficiency Program was organized on 12 -14 December 2018, at the Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Durres, Albania.\u00a0 The training was attended by trainers from the three water associations: Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania (SHUKALB), Water and Water and Wastewater Works Association of Kosovo (SHUKOS), and the Association of Public Service Providers of Macedonia (ADKOM).<\/p>\n<p>The ToT was conducted by the company ECONOLER, the Technical Partner for the Energy Efficiency Program, contracted by the International Association of Water Utilities in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD) under D-Leap (Danube Learning Partnership). The training was delivered by Albert Williams, Energy Engineer, from South Africa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEnergy Efficiency in Water Supply and Sanitation Utilities\u201d is one of the D-LeaP Programs that SHUKALB together with SHUKOS have jointly committed to deliver for the water utilities in both Albania and Kosovo, starting January 2019.\u00a0 This capacity development program is one of the building blocks of the training programs of D-LeaP, targeting a defined set of processes within water utilities operating in the Danube Region.<\/p>\n<p>During the three (3) day ToT, the participants led by the trainer covered topics such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pump Station Energy Auditing and Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Pump Station Energy Analysis with Retscreen<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Energy Management and Energy Efficiency Action Plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The training was a combination of classroom training and field work. During the first day of the class room training, the participants had an introduction to the Strategic Energy Management and Energy Audit Methodology.
