Investimi i fundit p\u00ebr rehabilitimin e rrjetit \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1994. \u00a0N\u00eb vitet 2000 dhe 2005 disa investime t\u00eb vogla zgjeruan rrjetin e uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsit me nj\u00eb tubacion t\u00eb ri prej 1,500 m, q\u00eb z\u00eb rreth 10% t\u00eb totalit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb linjave t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb.\u00a0 Aktualisht, linjat e transmetimit dhe t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjes jan\u00eb tejet t\u00eb amortizuara. \u00a0Kjo vjen jo vet\u00ebm si rezultat i munges\u00ebs s\u00eb investimeve, lidhjeve t\u00eb paligjshme, por edhe nga amortizimi dhe korodimi i linjave ekzistuese. Kjo evidentohet nga shqyrtimi i studimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme, shqet\u00ebsimet e Kryetarit t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb z. Beqir Nuredini, drejtorit t\u00eb UK Rrogozhin\u00eb, Ing. Bujar Meraj, si dhe te banor\u00ebve t\u00eb qytetit.<\/p>\n<p>Nisur nga konstatimet e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme dhe analiza t\u00eb ndryshme, ka nisur puna p\u00ebr zbatimin e projektit p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e rrjetit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb. \u00a0Objektivat q\u00eb synohen t\u00eb arrihen si dhe parimet baz\u00eb ku mb\u00ebshtet projekti i ri jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shtrirja e rrjetit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha zonat e urbanizuara brenda qytetit duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebtu edhe zonat periferike t\u00eb tij. Kufizimet do t\u00eb jen\u00eb deri n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e vendosura mbi depot eksistuese n\u00eb veri, deri n\u00eb dalje t\u00eb qytetit n\u00eb lindje, deri tek fabrika e tubave n\u00eb jug dhe deri af\u00ebr rreth rrotullimit pran\u00eb autostrad\u00ebs n\u00eb per\u00ebndim;<\/li>\n<li>Projekti do t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb presionin e nevojsh\u00ebm duke b\u00ebr\u00eb nje ndarje racionale t\u00eb prurjeve q\u00eb d\u00ebrgohen n\u00eb secil\u00ebn prej depove dhe zonave q\u00eb ato mbulojn\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb patur nj\u00eb balanc\u00eb optimale t\u00eb sasis\u00eb s\u00eb ujit q\u00eb pompohet p\u00ebr nivele t\u00eb ndryshme dhe presioneve q\u00eb p\u00ebrfitohen pas daljes nga depo. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj do t\u00eb shqyrtohen burime t\u00eb tjera alternative p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar sasin\u00eb dhe cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e nevojshme n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb ujit;<\/li>\n<li>Projekti parashikon rishikimin e norm\u00ebs s\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb popullsis\u00eb nga 2.5% t\u00eb vendosur gjat\u00eb projektimit, n\u00eb 1.5 % duke marr\u00eb shkas edhe nga tendenca negative e rritjes s\u00eb popullsis\u00eb gjat\u00eb 15 viteve t\u00eb fundit, por edhe nga studimet e INSTAT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[:en]<figure id=\"attachment_2411\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2411\" style=\"width: 281px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/UK-Rrogozhine-pumps-1988.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2411\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2411\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/UK-Rrogozhine-pumps-1988-300x232.jpg\" alt=\"Existing Pump Station in Rrogozhina, constructed since 1988. Photo credit: Rrogozhina WSSC \" width=\"281\" height=\"217\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2411\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Existing Pump Station in Rrogozhina, constructed since 1988.<\/em><br \/><em>Photo credit: Rrogozhina WSSC<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n<p>The Municipality of Rrogozhina has undertaken a project for reconstruction of the water supply network. \u00a0The problems with the current network are mainly related to the depreciation and malfunction of the current pipelines partially extended to the city&#8217;s area. \u00a0The water supply pipeline does not cover all the central residential area of the city and in particular the suburbs area, urbanized in recent years.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the recent reports done by the Rogozhina WSSC, it turns out that in the areas covered by the water supply network it is not possible to supply more than 75% of the customers. The metered water connections count for 63% of customers who are supplied. The production of drinking water is 107.3 liters\/ inhabitant\/ day, or 30% less than the norm of 150 l\/b\/d, and this deficit gets bigger if the current water produced would be offered to the urbanized area as well. \u00a0If we refer to the continuity of water supply it turns out to be 5.32 hours, which is lower than the national average of 11 hours, and much lower than the 24 hour standard for which the water supply networks are designed.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2410\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2410\" style=\"width: 279px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/UK-Rrogozhine-reservoir-1988.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2410\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2410\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/UK-Rrogozhine-reservoir-1988-298x300.jpg\" alt=\"Main existing reservoir of 300 m\u00b3, constructed since 1988. The last investment for the rehabilitation of the network dates back to 1994. In years 2000 and 2005 some minor investments extended the water supply network with a new pipeline of 1,500 m, which makes up for nearly 10% of the total water supply pipelines. Currently the transmission and distribution lines are highly depreciated. \u00a0This situation is not only as a result of the lack of investments, illegal connections, but also the depreciation and corrosion of the existing pipelines. Part of these pipelines is cast-iron and steel, that have been installed since over 20 years ago.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2409\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2409\" style=\"width: 264px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/UK-Rrogozhine-Works-1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2409\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2409\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/UK-Rrogozhine-Works-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Works showing the construction of the new water supply network Photo credit: Rrogozhina WSSC \" width=\"264\" height=\"198\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2409\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Works showing the construction of the new water supply network<\/em><br \/><em>Photo credit: Rrogozhina WSSC<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Considering the inability to provide the service across the urban area, limited water delivery schedules, inadequate water quality reaching the customers, and the low pressure, the Rrogozhina WSSC has noted a decrease in the number of active contracts with the water utility. \u00a0Several families have drilled their own wells by providing water independently, even though this way of supply is out of control regarding the drinking water standards, as well as the quantity and sanitary conditions of these wells. \u00a0This situation makes it difficult for the water utility to collect the water supply service fees, as in the absence of a continuous service, water supply from wells and lack of meters, families refuse to pay the flat rate as defined by the relevant legislation.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2408\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2408\" style=\"width: 235px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/UK-Rrogozhine-works-2.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2408\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2408\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/UK-Rrogozhine-works-2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Works showing the construction of the new water supply network Photo credit: Rrogozhina WSSC \" width=\"235\" height=\"176\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2408\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Works showing the construction of the new water supply network<\/em><br \/><em>Photo credit: Rrogozhina WSSC<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The city of Rrogozhina urgently needs the rehabilitation of the entire water supply network. This is evidenced by the examination of previous studies, the concerns of the Mayor Mr. Beqir Nuredini, Director of UK Rrogozhina, Ing. Bujar Meraj as well as the citizens.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the above findings and various analyses, UK Rrogozhina has started the works on the implementation of the project for the construction of the new water supply network. \u00a0The objectives to be achieved and the basic principles for the implementation of the new project are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The new network will cover all the urban areas within the city, including the suburbs. The extension of the network will reach the residential area above the current reservoirs in the north, the east part for the city, up to the pipes factory in the south and up to the roundabout close to the highway in the west;<\/li>\n<li>The project will provide the proper water supply pressure by making a rational separation of the water flows sent to each of the reservoirs and their coverage areas, in order to have an optimal balance of the water quantity pumped for different levels and pressures obtained after exiting the reservoir.
