Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtyre takimeve ishte prezantimi i aktiviteteve t\u00eb SHUKALB t\u00eb planifikuara p\u00ebr vitin 2019, me fokus n\u00eb kurset e trajnimit dhe programet e zhvillimit t\u00eb kapaciteteve, si dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cfeedback\u201d t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK p\u00ebr nevojave t\u00eb tyre specifike n\u00eb lidhje me zhvillimin e kapaciteteve. Takimi i kat\u00ebrt u zhvillua m\u00eb 1 shkurt, n\u00eb ambientet e Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Elbasan (UK Elbasan), ku stafi i SHUKALB u prit nga Drejtori i sapo em\u00ebruar, z. Luan Dervishi dhe Z\u00ebvend\u00ebs Drejtori, z. Armando Cakaj . Si Drejtori Dervishi, ashtu dhe z. Cakaj, ishin shum\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e sektorit t\u00eb ujit dhe vler\u00ebsuan shum\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e SHUKALB p\u00ebr ngritjen e kapaciteteve n\u00eb sektor.<\/p>\n

During January, SHUKALB held several meetings with some of its water utility members in Albania.\u00a0 The purpose of these meetings was to present SHUKALB\u2019s activities planned for year 2019, with a focus on training courses and capacity development programs, as well as to get a direct feedback from utilities on their specific needs in terms of capacity development. SHUKALB was represented in these meetings by Ms. Elisabeta Po\u00e7i, Deputy Executive Director, Ms. Olta Ceca, Manager of Programs, Ms. Arbana Kola, Manager of Training and Professional Development, and Mr. Alban Kushi, Manager of Member Services.<\/p>\n

The first meeting was held on 30 January 2019, in Shkodra, with the Director of Shkodra Water Supply and Sewerage Company (Shkodra WSSC), Mr. Mark Molla, assisted by Ms. Valbona Paja, Responsible for Planning and Reporting; Ms. Mbaresa Ferracaku, Responsible of Technical Department and Ms. Klodiana Gajtani, Responsible for Legal Office. \u00a0The second meeting was held on the same day in Lezha, where the staff of SHUKALB was welcomed by Ing.<\/p>\n

Zef Maci, Director of Lezha Water Supply and Sewerage Company (Lezha WSSC) and Ms. Bora Kolbucaj, the Head of Finance Department.<\/p>\n

Both Director Molla and Director Maci, who are also Board Members of SHUKALB, showed their appreciation on SHUKALB activities and achievements, and stressed their willingness for further involvement at the planned capacity programs.<\/p>\n

The 3rd<\/sup> meeting was held on 31 January, in Berat, with the newly appointed Director of Berat-Kucova Water Supply and Sewerage Company (Berat-Kucova WSSC), Mr. Pelivan Sinaj, and Ms. Eni Muho,<\/p>\n

Commercial Director.\u00a0 Although new in his position, Director Sinaj, had a wide working experience in the public sector, and was well informed on the issues of the water sector in Albania and in particular of Berat and Kucova regions.\u00a0 He showed his commitment and willingness toward future collaboration with SHUKALB.<\/p>\n

The 4th<\/sup> meeting was conducted on 1 February, at the premises of Elbasan Water Supply and Sewerage Company (Elbasan WSSC), where the staff of SHUKALB was received by the newly appointed Director, Mr. Luan Dervishi, and Deputy Director, Mr. Armando Cakaj.\u00a0 Both Director Dervishi and Mr. Cakaj, were much aware of the water sector\u2019s issues and highly appreciated SHUKALB’s capacity building efforts in the sector.<\/p>\n

All these meetings resulted very fruitful as it helped SHUKALB to get better informed regarding utilities needs on capacity development.\u00a0 On the other hand utilities received direct information on SHUKALB\u2019s activities and the possibilities for their engagement in these activities.\u00a0 SHUKALB would like to thank each of the water supply and sewerage companies visited for their warm welcome and their commitment for collaboration.\u00a0 SHUKALB will continue to organize other meetings in the country in order to be closer to each of its member utilities, to better understand their needs and concerns.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
