M\u00eb 25 janar 2019, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, SHUKALB dhe Shoqata e Bashkive t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb organizuan eventin promocional me tem\u00eb \u201cOrganizim efikas dhe menaxhim efektiv i sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb ujit dhe kanalizimeve p\u00ebrmes planifikimit t\u00eb investimeve\u201c.\u00a0 Ky ishte aktiviteti i par\u00eb i organizuar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nga SHUKALB dhe Shoqata e Bashkive t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit RCDN.<\/p>\n

Objektivi i projektit RCDN \u00ebsht\u00eb rritja e efikasitetit dhe efe\u00e7enc\u00ebs t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, duke kontribuar n\u00eb ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve m\u00eb t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr nj\u00eb num\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb grupeve t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb qasje n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet e furnizimit me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm dhe kanalizimeve dhe p\u00ebrmbushjen e standardeve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.\u00a0 RCDN p\u00ebrfshin 16 Shoqata t\u00eb Qeverisjes Vendore dhe Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime n\u00eb 6 vende t\u00eb projektit (Shqip\u00ebri, Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00eb, Kosov\u00eb, Maqedoni, Mali i Zi dhe Serbi), nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfituesit final jan\u00eb menaxher\u00ebt e lart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mes\u00ebm nga shoq\u00ebrive komunale dhe uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime.\u00a0 Projekti RCDN financohet nga Sekretariati Shtet\u00ebror p\u00ebr \u00c7\u00ebshtjet Ekonomike (SECO) dhe Ministria Federale e Bashk\u00ebpunimit Ekonomik dhe Zhvillim (BMZ).<\/p>\n

Eventi kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim informimin e aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, kryesisht Bashkit\u00eb dhe Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, mbi mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e ofruara p\u00ebrmes RCDN dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur nj\u00eb debat n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar mbi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e organizimit efikas dhe menaxhimit efektiv t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe kanalizimeve p\u00ebrmes planifikimit t\u00eb investimeve, si dhe rolit t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb kapaciteteve.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb event mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb 14 Bashkive dhe Shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, Entit Rregullator t\u00eb Ujit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb GIZ n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Shoqata e Bashkive t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe SHUKALB, dhe u moderua nga Nevila Xhindi, Eksperte e pavarur.<\/p>\n

Moderatorja u prezantoi pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve projektin RCDN, p\u00ebrfitimet prej tij, si dhe produktet e zhvillimit t\u00eb kapaciteteve t\u00eb disponueshme p\u00ebr stafin e shoq\u00ebrive UK dhe t\u00eb qeverisjes vendore.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 prezantimeve, axhenda p\u00ebrfshinte diskutime interaktive midis pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ndryshme q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me sektorin e ujit. \u00a0Diskutimet mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn nevojat e synuara nga produktet e RCDN, si p\u00ebrgatitja e planit t\u00eb biznesit, menaxhimi i aseteve, efi\u00e7enca e energjis\u00eb, humbjet e ujit, sh\u00ebrbimi ndaj klientit, qeverisja e ujit etj.[:en]

On 25 January 2019, in Tirana, Albania, SHUKALB and Association of Albanian Municipalities (AAM) organized the Regional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (RCDN) promotional event \u201cEfficient organization and effective management of Water Supply and Sewerage (WSS) services through investment planning\u201d. This was the first activity organized in Albania by SHUKALB and the Association of Albanian Municipalities, in the framework of the RCDN Project.<\/p>\n

RCDN\u2019 s objective is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of water utilities in the Western Balkans, contributing to provision of better services for a larger numbers of population groups getting access to drinking water and sanitation services and meeting the EU standards.\u00a0 RCDN targets 16 Local Government and Public Utility Associations in 6 project countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia), while the final beneficiaries are the top and middle managers from municipal and water utility companies.\u00a0 \u00a0RCDN project is financed by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).<\/p>\n

The aim of the event was to inform different actors of the water sector in Albania, mainly municipalities and water utilities, about the opportunities provided through RCDN and to open a debate at national level on the importance of efficient organization and effective management of water and sanitation services through investment planning, as well as the important role of capacity development.<\/p>\n

The event was attended by representatives of 14 municipalities and water utilities, Albanian Water Regulatory Authority, GIZ representatives in Albania, AAM and SHUKALB, and was moderated by Nevila Xhindi, Freelance Expert.<\/p>\n

The moderator introduced to the participants the RCDN project, its benefits as well as the capacity development products available for the staff of water utilities as well as local government.<\/p>\n

Besides the presentations, the agenda included interactive discussions among the participants on different matters concerning the water sector.\u00a0 Discussions supported the needs targeted by the RCDN products when it comes to business plan preparations, asset management, energy efficiency, water loss, customer service, water governance, etc.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
