Workshopi u hap nga Znj. Nadire Vitija, Koordinatore e HUB dhe z. Avni Dervishi, bashk\u00eb Koordinator i HUB, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet\u00ebn t\u00eb pranishmit. \u00a0Workshopi u p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet nga z. Muhamed Suliqi, kryetar i SHUKOS, i cili vler\u00ebsoi angazhimin aktiv t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve n\u00eb program dhe inkurajoi vazhdim\u00ebsin\u00eb e programit p\u00ebr ciklin e ardhsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

Znj. Vitija dhe z. Dervishi paraqit\u00ebn nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje t\u00eb ciklit t\u00eb kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb programit; raportet p\u00ebrfundimtare dhe rezultatet e arritura, dhe facilituan nj\u00eb diskutim mbi variablat e caktuara t\u00eb paraqitura n\u00eb raporte.<\/p>\n

Koordinator\u00ebt pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs interpretuan analiz\u00ebn e tyre individuale t\u00eb raporteve p\u00ebrfundimtare n\u00eb ushtrimin e Benchmarking t\u00eb vitit 2018 krahasuar me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e vitit 2017 dhe identifikuan fushat me p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsime relativisht m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe performanc\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, si dhe pengesat e hasura.<\/p>\n

The final regional workshop for the 4th<\/sup> cycle of the Joint Benchmarking HUB program for Kosovo and Albania was held on 13 February 2019, at the premises of Prishtina Regional Water Supply and Sewerage Company, in Prishtina, Kosova. \u00a0The workshop was attended by the coordinators of the participating water utilities in the Benchmarking HUB, such as Tirana, Shkoder, Kamez, Prishtina, Peja, Mitrovica, Ferizaj and Gjilan, along with representatives of SHUKALB and SHUKOS. \u00a0The workshop was attended also by representatives of other water utilities that were not part of the program such as Kurbin and Vau i Dejes, from Albania and Prizren, Kosova.<\/p>\n

The Joint Benchmarking HUB is led by the Water and Wastewater Works Association of Kosovo and facilitated by European Benchmarking Cooperation, with financial support from the Danube Water Program. The Danube Water Program is jointly led by the World Bank and IAWD, the International Association of Water Supply Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area, with funding from the Governments of Austria, Germany and Switzerland.<\/p>\n

The Benchmarking Program is one of the Danube Learning Partnership (D-LeaP) programs that assist the participating utilities and their staff in identifying areas where performance improvement is needed by comparing their service performance with other similar utilities and international standards and by facilitating dialogue among practitioners in their best practices.<\/p>\n

The objective of this workshop was to present the final reports prepared by each of the program coordinator as well as to discuss upon the continuation of a 5th<\/sup> cycle of the program.<\/p>\n

The workshop was opened by Ms. Nadire Vitija, HUB Coordinator and Mr. Avni Dervishi, HUB Co-coordinator, who both welcomed the participants. \u00a0The workshop was greeted by Mr. Muhamed Suliqi, President of SHUKOS, who appraised the active engagement of the program participants and encouraged the continuity of the program for the next cycle.<\/p>\n

Ms.Vitija and Mr. Dervishi presented a summary of the program\u2019s 4th<\/sup> cycle; the final reports and the results achieved, and facilitated a discussion on certain variables presented in the reports.<\/p>\n

Every participating coordinator interpreted their individual analysis of the final reports in the benchmarking exercise in 2018 compared with 2017 data, and identified the areas with relatively larger improvements and better performance, as well as the obstacles encountered.<\/p>\n

After each presentation from participating utilities, the participants were engaged in an interactive discussion on experience exchange and the accuracy and validity of data.<\/p>\n

At the end of the workshop, Ms. Vitija made a summary of final recommendations that were drawn from the discussions, and invited the utilities which are not part of the program to join the next round which will start soon.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
